Small, magical, newly renovated apartment for rent. Up to max. 3 persons.

Breakfast on the terrace with a wonderful view over the Danube valley. If the weather is right, the entire alpine panorama opens up - in the middle of Lower Bavaria. Relax in a newly renovated guest apartment (40 sqm) with a fully equipped kitchen and modernized bathroom.
Queen-size bed in the cozy bedroom, sofa bed in the modern, light-flooded living-dining room.
The location at 520 meters above sea level near the three-river city of Passau (18 km), the Bavarian Forest and only about half an hour from the spa triangle is the perfect starting point for various excursions and leisure activities.
The apartment, located in a former holiday complex, is on the ground floor of a three-unit house.
It is equipped with hair dryer, towels, bed linen, 2x TV, WiFi on request.
In the kitchen there is a fridge, induction cooker, microwave with grill, coffee machine, kettle, dishes, cutlery and pots as well as basic equipment spices, coffee / tea. Parking space available.
Minimum stay: 2 nights.

The apartment is NOT barrier-free as it can only be reached by stairs.
Attention allergy sufferers: It may be that the neighboring cat comes by.
Small dogs no problem.
Due to the proximity to the motorway, traffic noise can be heard depending on the wind. Can not be heard in the bedroom.

Perfekter Aufenthalt

Das Objekt ist so wie beschrieben. Eine im Detail liebevoll eingerichtete kleine, sehr saubere Wohnung, an der es an Nichts mangelt. Eine perfekte ausgestattete Küche (sogar Kaffeepads, Zucker usw. vorhanden), ebenso das Bad mit allen Pflegemitteln. Die Terrasse lädt zum Entspannen ein, mit Blick auf das Donautal. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und den Aufenthalt genossen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und jederzeit telefonisch zu erreichen.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Alles war wunderbar, wir sind sehr herzlich empfangen worden, wunderschöne Aussicht über das Donautal, nachts traumhafter Sternenhimmel! Ferienwohnung sehr liebevoll ausgestattet, Kaffee, Geschirr etc. top, viel besser als in manch anderen Unterkünften. Falls wir wieder in der Gegend sind, kommen wir gerne wieder!

Super Wohnung für Kurzaufenthalt

Astrid, war super nett, wir konnten sogar unseren Hund mitbringen. Der Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Tür und die Aussicht auf das Donautal von der Terrasse aus ist echt super. Alles in allem eine super nette Gastgeberin, eine schöne Wohnung, die mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet ist. Absolut empfehlenswert! Einziges Manko: kein Backofen, nur eine Mikrowelle mit Grillfunktion.

Das Objekt ist wirklich absolut perfekt und der Preis für das gebotene sehr günstig. Das Haus, wie auch die Ausstattung ist sehr modern und es mangelt an nichts. Eine hervorragende Unterkunft !

Das Appartement war der Hammer. Alles blitzsauber, super ausgestattet. Von Kaffeepads bis über Gewürze, Kakao, Essig, Öl usw. alles vorhanden. Das Bad mit Toilettenartikeln des täglichen Bedarfs bestückt, auch Handtücher waren reichlich vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder. Astrid ist eine super Gastgeberin, man merkt, wie viel Liebe und Gedanken sie sich bei der Ausstattung gemacht hat. Die Gegend ist wunderschön, wir haben Motorradtouren nach Tschechien unternommen und eine tolle Wanderung durch den Bayerischen Wald gemacht. Die Tipps dazu finden sich ebenfalls in der FEWO. Ein rundum gelungener Kurzurlaub - gerne wieder.

Urlaub im Bayrischen Wald

Die Ferienwohnung ist genau so wie auf den Fotos, sehr liebevoll und mit viel Geschmack eingerichtetet. Die Gastgeberin ist eine sehr symphatische und hilfsbereite Frau, bei der man sich gleich von Anfang an super wohl fühlt. Der Urlaub war rundum gelungen und wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

Weitblick ins Donautal

Die Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll gestaltet und mit allem was man für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt braucht, ausgestattet . Das Internet ist schnell und das Bett bequem. Einzig die Nähe zur A3 mit dem damit verbundenen Dauerrauschen des Autolärms, stört. Im Schlafzimmer aber kaum zu hören. Wir haben Wanderungen und Fahrradtouren unternommen. Diese müssen aber mit dem Auto angefahren werden.

Eine prima FeWo mit tollem Blick

Die FeWo liegt am Ebersberg mit Blick auf das Voralpenland bei Passau. Diesen Blick kann man auf der Terrasse ebenso genießen, wie aus dem Fenster des Wohnzimmers heraus. Ein kleines Minus ist der Lärm der angrenzenden A3 Autobahn und das Fehlen an Infrastruktur in der Wohnsiedlung. Astrid hat die Wohnung in ein Kleinod verwandelt und die umfangreichen Umbaumaßnahmen fast abgeschlossen. Man fühlt sich schnell wie zuhause. Umliegend kann man gut spazieren gehen und erhascht dann auch mal einen direkten Blick auf Passau. Diese Stadt sollte man sich unbedingt anschauen und um 12 Uhr im Dom der größten Kirchenorgel der Welt lauschen. Von der FeWo ist es nicht weit zum Ilz Stausee, wo man baden und standup paddeln kann. Der Weg zum südlichen bayrischen Wald ist auch per Auto gut zu erreichen. Dort kann man sehr gut wandern, Glasbläsern bei der Arbeit zuschauen oder in ein Bergwerk fahren. Im Winter ist der bayrische Wald natürlich ein Skiparadies, wenn dann mal Schnee liegt.

Super Quartier

Wir hatten tolle Urlaubstage und die Gastgeberin ist besonders aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist hervorragend. Auch wir hatten bei guter Sicht den Blick auf die Alpen genossen. Das Appartement ist absolut empfehlenswert.
