This spacious and modern vacation home with pool is located on a hill above the Gradina bay and thus has a beautiful panoramic view of the entire lagoon. In the house there are two apartments connected by external stairs, and it is ideal for two families who want to spend their vacation together. Each floor has a spacious living area with fireplace, so you can spend your vacation here even in the cooler seasons. Refresh yourself in the pool on the terrace, where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea. There is also a barbecue for preparing delicious meals. The nearest beach is about 30 meters from the house. The location is ideal for fishing enthusiasts. Excursions to the islands of Vis, Lastovo and Hvar can be organized in consultation with the owner.

Traumhaft schönes Haus in toller Lage!

Es war einfach perfekt. Ein wirklich tolles, modernes Haus mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf´s Meer. Schöne Bucht mit kleinem Strand 30m vom Haus entfernt. Das Boot konnten wir an einer eigenen Boje festmachen. Unsere Hunde haben sich auch wohl gefühlt. Auto braucht man auf jeden Fall, wenn man einkaufen möchte. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Jederzeit wieder!
