Completion in July 2019 with high-quality equipment in the country style.

The apartment is distributed on 2 floors.

In the 1. Floor is a fully equipped solid cherry wood kitchen. This former seminar kitchen offers plenty of space for cooking together. It is equipped with an induction cooker (90cm), a microwave with grill and a Thermomix

The center of the comfortable living room is a beautiful solid wood table with 8 comfortable chairs. Perfect for evenings to chat, play or chat.
The sofa bed offers more space for 2 people

On the 2nd floor there are 2 more cozy roof rooms with a 1.40 bed and 2 single beds

Parking, garden with barbecue and cozy sitting area are also available.
Bicycles and electric bikes can be rented.
A train connection is reachable in 200 m

Wunderbare Spieletage

Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war absolut unkompliziert und extrem freundlich. Die große Tisch und die Küche sind wie geschaffen für ausgiebige Spieletage(-abende) mit Freunden und Familie.

Fijn huis, lieve gastvrouw.

Mooi huis, Sabine is een lieve, zorgzame gastvrouw. Omgeving is prachtig. Goede uitvalsbasis voor afwisselende wandelingen. Keulen bezoeken is een aanrader.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit super Vermieterin

Wir hatten mit 7 Leuten eine tolle Zeit in der frisch renovierten Ferienwohnung. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war einwandfrei, schnell und alles in allem ist die Vermieterin sehr zuverlässig und hilfsbereit. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!
