Relax with the whole family or group of friends at this peaceful Seabrook waterfront home. Visit Kemah Boardwalk, 1 mile away (5 min drive) or go to NASA for the day, 3 mile or 10 min drive. Walk to the local Seafood restaurant and market.

We are located on the 1st row with a direct Bayview to the water and Kemah Boardwalk. Wake up with the sunrise of the sea and settle in with the evening sunsets. Also get premium unobstructed firework viewing when available.

Notice: Currently our pool table and basketball hoops are Out Of Order

Closets & Pantry:
While our home is large and houses large families. Our closets and pantry will be locked during your stay. The only clothing storage is in the master bedroom, and guests can bring their own if needed.

Drainage:
Our bathrooms have thin pipes that can clog easily, especially with waterproof sunscreen. We have hair catchers and we deep clean them between every stay. If clogging occurs during your stay, guests are kindly requested to address the issue.

BBQ:
Our home does not have a built in BBQ but guests are free to bring their own if needed.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The location of the property is GREAT!!! It's on the shore. It's an excellent view of the ocean and close to main attractions and restaurants. The property manager was very responsive and very easy to communicate. Lots of space and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Great view of bay, and, Kemah boardwalk.

Nice beach house on the beach. Quiet area, add close to Kemah boardwalk. Pool table was ok, but I recommend you bring your own que sticks. There we're also some games for you to play, Dominos, uno, and poker chips.

Incredible!

Me and my family had an amazing time here at this beautiful home! Area was safe and was near a ton of attractions! The seven of us all had somewhere to sleep on and were extremely comfortable! The host was very communicative and left the rules & guidelines easy to understand! Will definitely think of returning here someday!

Far to expensive for the condition & uncleanliness

The location is beautiful but upon entry the driveway parking was terrible, door at stairs had rust flakes everywhere, outdoor furniture in terrible shape. The home was not clean, & furniture is worn out. The kitchen was not equipped with the basics. I never leave reviews but for what I paid I was so very disappointed with the condition it was in.

Fabulous Waterfront location near Kemah Boardwalk

Six adults and one infant spent Thanksgiving week here and had a wonderful time. The house is spacious, with a large dining table, full kitchen and good sized family/living area with comfortable seating, a soaring two-story ceiling, and a 75" flat screen TV. There is a wrap around deck on this level with plenty of chairs and tables. We had outstanding views of sunrises and sunsets from the living/dining areas and on the deck. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable as were the bathrooms and there was plenty of hot water. On the ground level under the decking, there was a ping pong table and pool table. As these were always outside, they were a little worse for wear, but we didn't spend much time outside given the cool weather. All in all, this is a very nice property and the three couples (plus a 2 month old infant), were very comfortable there. The unobstructed water views really made the property. Would definitely rent again.

Could’ve been better

The property was nice but it could’ve been cleaned a whole lot better. The outside downstairs games was dirty. The furniture upstairs and the balcony was dirty. All the closet doors was locked, so there was no storage. The pantry in the kitchen was locked, that put the icing on the cake for me. The property didn’t have adequate pots and pans, I had to go buy pots to cook in that wouldn’t stick or burn my food. The cleaning crew needs to clean the windows as well to make the view much more beautiful. This all I didn’t like but the location is great, and the house was nice. I would stay again if these issues can be resolved.

Unfortunately, due to many of our amenities being on the waterfront, the rain and wind can sometimes create unpredictable conditions.
