This home was filthy.There was a smell very strong throughout the first floor. Comforters were stained, walls very dirty, vents filthy, would not recommend. We left and stayed in a hotel. Trying to get a refund but the renter is not being helpful at all,

Billy the owner is awesome and very accommodating! He is great at communicating and even let us check in early as our flight got in early for the wedding we were attending here. This house is awesome plenty of space for everyone and is located in a nice private and quiet street. Will definitely be back here next time we come to Virginia

We had an amazing stay from Friday to Sunday and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The house was beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and very clean, with tasteful decor throughout. The location was perfect, only about 3 minutes from Massanutten Resort, which made everything incredibly convenient.We stayed with our family (8 of us total), and the layout worked wonderfully for everyone. The downstairs bedroom was ideal for my mom, who has mobility issues, and the two master bedrooms with attached bathrooms were an excellent feature.Overall, this home exceeded our expectations. We give it a 5 out of 5 and would absolutely love to rent from you again. Highly recommend!

When we arrived, the house looked very nice from the outside and appeared to be as advertised. However, we did notice that one of the rooms was not as clean as expected, which we promptly reported to the host.About an hour into our stay, we realized there was an issue with the water pressure. After checking throughout the house, we discovered that there was little to no water downstairs and no water at all upstairs. We attempted to contact the host and had to call three times before reaching him. We were then informed that the home's water service had been disconnected due to a billing issue.This was extremely disappointing, especially since we had booked the property nearly a month in advance. Having no running water made the home uninhabitable and created a great deal of stress for our family, as we had to quickly find alternative accommodations. We immediately requested a refund.Unfortunately, the host seemed very unconcerned about the situation and did not appear to understand the impact it had on our family. We were looking forward to a relaxing getaway, but instead our trip started with unnecessary frustration and inconvenience.We visit Massanutten frequently and have never experienced anything like this before. Based on our experience, we would not recommend staying at this property.
