Beautiful Home

The townhome was perfect for our stay! The home is close to downtown and about 20 minutes from Ski Monarch. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you might need. Excellent place to stay!

Excellent location

Great clean place for a family with small kids. We walked to the playground multiple times a day and the city playground is accessible without leaving the neighborhood as well. It was a great park nearby.

A Fun Time

We really had a great time. Fifteen-year old LOVED having her own bathroom. It is exceptional to find a lodging with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms The townhome neighborhood was very quiet and felt safe at night. The unit is completely well fitted-out and we enjoyed having the use of a washer and dryer for the 4-day ski holiday.

We made this our regular place to stay when we are skiing in Monarch with the family, The place has everything you need, super clean and convenient. Overall we had a delightful stay. There wereca few minor issues. Property will accommodate 6, but the table seats only 4 & there are only 4 patio chairs. One deck chair was damaged & unusable off the upper bedroom. Otherwise, its well appointed & more than adequate for 6 people; we had only 5. Communication with hodt was very good.

Beautiful, spacious and comfortable condo

We had a great experience with this property. It is a beautiful and new home. We loved the spacious rooms with their own bathrooms. The garage was a bonus as we could drive in with our overhead storage box. Communication with the owner was easy. Checking in and out was also easy. Good wifi coverage and cell phone signal (Verizon). The property is in a great location close to Monarch and close to Salida. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Very nice

The condo and practically everything in it was brand new and it was well stocked with everything you would need. Nick was responsive and friendly regarding every question we had--A trait we especially appreciated when we needed help figuring out the coffee pot.
