This upgraded home features 2 bedrooms, a 3rd bonus room, and 2 bathrooms. Upstairs you’ll discover a contemporary bathroom with two sinks and a beautiful shower/bathtub.
The main bedroom has 1 queen and the 2nd bedroom has bunk beds with 2 twins and 1 double bed. Perfect for the kids. Suitable for adults.
Off the main level down 2 stairs adds an open bonus bedroom space featuring 1 queen bed with the 2nd bathroom and laundry room adjacent.
A well-equipped Kitchen includes a crockpot, toaster, filtered water dispenser (inside fridge), fridge with filtered ice-maker, waffle maker, baking dishes, and working island.
Enjoy fresh cups of gourmet coffee from the Keurig Duo. Have a cup of tea from the hot beverage nook.
Create fun family memories roasting s’mores in the backyard fire pit or grilling some fresh steaks on the gas grill (we recommend Tim’s Special Cut Meats just 10 minutes drive down Seltice Way).
Watch the beautiful sunset through the large living room window then cozy up on the comfortable sofa and watch your favorite show or a movie on the 58" high-res flat screen TV.
