This was the best stay I have ever had with a VRBO. It was just perfect . It was clean stylish and everything I could have needed was there. Home away from home. Our stay at the Perfect Studio was indeed perfect for my son and I. He requested Philadelphia as our vacation together this year, and I started searching for VRBO’s a few months out from the date I planned. This property popped up, and seemed like the best fit for our specific needs. So happy it has a nice kitchenette space for preparing meals, a little table for eating, the living room space with the tv, and the little bathroom. It was the perfect place to come home to after long days in Philadelphia exploring the city. I liked that it was far enough away from the city that there wasn’t a ton of immediate traffic, and navigation to get to the city wasn’t too bad (plan it to take 30-40 minutes each time). A/C worked great and kept up even on the most brutal hot days of our stay. I appreciate that there weren’t too many steps up into the studio for transporting luggage, groceries, etc. Huge refrigerator that came in very handy. My only addition I would add would be baking sheets as we couldn’t use the oven due to not having anything to bake on. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again, and I highly recommend this property. The host was always just a message away and very prompt with returning answers to my questions. Thank you perfect studio for playing a part in the perfect stay and perfect vacation in Philly!

The apartment was as described and felt safe and comfortable. Review asks for rating of national park experience with required star. I suppose it should say “overall experience” and rated as such. There was an ice storm our last night making it hazardous to exit. Recommend asking host for ice/snow removal measures in advance of future winter bookings.Nice place and close to What we needed!
