Cozy fresh apartment with rustic roof in quiet area
Cozy studio well located (15 min walking to the heart of the city, bus station in front of the door connecting straigth with the train station, and tramway station at 5 min walk). Quiet and beautiful area with parks and nature easy to reach, but at the same time not far from university and nightlife. Well equipped kitchen. Double bed and possibility of additional matress. Bath with bathtub. A lot of sunlight if desired, with possibility of shade in hot days thanks to the shutters.
