Piper's Landing is a conveniently located two-bedroom cabin rental accommodating up to six guests and situated less than a mile from the heart of downtown Gatlinburg's attractions and restaurants, while also being a neighbor to Great Smoky Mountains National Park, providing proximity to the lively fun of Gatlinburg and the serenity of the Smokies.

Living Room

Welcome to your relaxing escape after you’ve hiked, shopped, and played all day long! With soothing green walls, honey-toned wood floors, and plenty of light from the big windows, this space beckons you to sit down and chill. You’re on vacation, so binge your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV without guilt. Light the gas fireplace, then pour yourself a hot cup of coffee or a cold glass of Tennessee moonshine.

Kitchen and Dining Area

In this open-plan first level, the kitchen is conveniently close at hand. Like all Colonial Properties kitchens, this one is fully equipped with everything you need to make an intimate dinner for two or a meal for a group! Cookware, serving and dining pieces, gadgets, and utensils are all here.

Between the kitchen and living room stands the wood dining table with seating for four.

Bedrooms

The cabin has one king bedroom and one queen bedroom, both with flat-screen TVs, cooling ceiling fans, and private, direct access to the deck outside. One bathroom features a shower stall and separate soaking tub, while the second bathroom has a shower and tub combo.

Outdoor Spaces

You’re close to town, but you’ll still catch plenty of mountain breezes on the cabin’s two covered decks. Kick back in a rocking chair and listen to the birds in the trees next to the cabin. Bring your morning bagel or your late-night ice cream (we won’t tell!) out here.

Other Amenities

Piper’s Landing includes two parking spaces. The cabin provides WiFi so you can work, check email or look up menus for Gatlinburg’s many restaurants. The kids will enjoy the arcade game located in the upstairs Queen bedroom.
