We’re especially sorry about the hot tub, the dripping from the upstairs vents, the noisy downstairs bed, and the cleanliness of the jacuzzi tub. We also regret the inconvenience caused by the delay in addressing the hot tub water level. These are certainly not the experiences we want our guests to have. Hot water is an essential part of the experience, so we should have attended to and fixed the cause of this issue immediately.
