About this property

Park like setting in the heart of the city. Home in the hip Germantown neighborhood on a half acre. Recently updated bedroom with memory foam mattress and smart flat screen TVs. Full kitchen, great grilling and outdoor hangout, cozy living room with attached bar and dining space. Convenient off street parking. Close to the airport, downtown, Churchill Downs, Bardstown Rd, Convention Center, Fairgrounds, University of Louisville - Cardinal stadium, Yum Center and much more.
The space
This unit is 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and two queen size fold out sofas in the living space. This is one of 3 Airbnb units. The bedroom has been recently updated to include a memory foam mattress and smart flat screen TV with Netflix. The unit has a full size, fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom and bar that seats 4. Additional seating is provided at the retro dining table with three chairs. Electric fireplace can provide heat or just cozy ambience. Extra heater provided in the bedroom if needed. Backyard boasts 3 grills and two grilling stations as well as a large hang out space with a dart board and fire pit (burning wood included). We also have a free laundry facility available to the 3 units. Extra blankets and towels provided as well as soft and firm pillows for comfort.

Great stay

It was a great stay and safe location. The host was very accommodating. The only complaint we had was that we were able to hear the people walking above us throughout the night which made it difficult to sleep sometimes. Other than that, everything was perfect. Thanks for the great stay and we would stay again!

Great property

Make sure VRBO sends you the proper check in codes and instructions. The property is very nice and we enjoyed our stay, but it was a little hard to find the street number. The property manager was reachable and took care of everything! Fun location and we will book again!
