Newly remolded large one bedroom apartment. Apartment is part of a larger complex that includes and indoor gymnasium and free play pool table. King size bed, pack and play available along with additional cots and/or air mattress for additional guests. Kitchen features solid surface counter tops, spacious island, and dishwasher. Apartment is located in a quiet small town, close to paved bicycle/walking path, unique restaurants, near Amish country. No pets and no smoking facility.

We purchased this property to renovate into High End Apartments. Through the process, we discovered what a beautiful town Spartansburg, PA is and wanted to share it with those traveling around. Weather needing a place for a weekend, or a longer stay, Spartansburg offers travels a quiet place close to numerous attractions.

What makes this property unique

This rental is located across from a lake available for fishing, kayaking, and canoeing. Additionally, there is a beautiful bike path right across the street. Although located in a 'town', this rental offers visitors a quiet, safe place to rest their heads and relax.
