Gorgeous Oceanview Modern Villa at Villa La Valencia overlooking Sea of Cortez

Luxury private villa residence, an inviting escape, a welcome retreat, sweeping views of the Sea of Cortez. Experience a level of service in a newer residence, infused with contemporary design. Very comfortable atmosphere with amenities to enjoy a meal with your family in the dining area or on the terrace. During the day, take a dip in the infinity pool or rest on an inner tube in the lazy river. Relax in the evening by a cozy fire pit as you gaze at the infinite sea. Create memorable times with your loved ones, you'll want to stay longer to enjoy the experience. Quick 15 minute ride to downtown Cabo San Lucas or 30 minutes to San Jose Del Cabo.

Please be aware the 2 bedroom is a lock-off unit. If there is something special needed, kindly share details.

Room Assignments: the Front Desk will do their best to accommodate specific requests, but units are based on availability at the time of check in. Holiday stays require a 7 night stay with checking-in/out on a Saturday or Sunday

Ocean View

This is my ONLY disappontment with my stay. The listing boasts an OCEAN VIEW. This was very important to me as I sit outside on my balcony every morning having coffee for hours. We where put on the second floor and my only view was PALM TREES.

Not as described!

Rented this property for a 2 bedroom suite -ocean view for almost 7k for the week. We ended up with no ocean view, staring into other hotel rooms/at the building and a 1 bedroom with a closed off studio attached to it. Food at the resort was awful (Breakfast & Lunch). People reserve pool chairs very early in the morning so we went down to reserve ours around 6am, went to get a massage that we paid for and came back to our chairs with other people in them and our things in lost & found. Meanwhile, there were several families saving chairs for 10-12 people that weren’t even at the pool for half of the day. If you want to sit on the beach, there is a $150 minimum on top of everything else you have paid for. The staff is not helpful, other than a few good waiters and none of our issues were addressed by the property manager. We reached out on day 1 and there was no follow up other than the host saying she will check with the hotel. This property is nothing like it was advertised when we booked. Extremely disappointed all around.

Personally love to vacation in Mexico. Of all the places I have been in the country whether for work, to visit family or vacation, Cabo San Lucas is where my heart is and I love it.

Why they chose this property

One of the newest properties which is located midway between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo. Short 15 minute drive to downtown Cabo San Lucas where you can enjoy the marina, dining, shopping and night life. One can choose to go the other direction to San Jose del Cabo. Enjoy the restaurants and culture.
