The suite at Our Sand Castle was very clean and neat. The hosts had put out some homemade treats and the unit was very well appointed with plenty of supplies and kitchen equipment. We really enjoyed the sunset cruise provided by the host. Wonderful waterfront retreat.

Home away from home

We had a pleasure of staying at this location this summer. The house was beautiful and conveniently located on the bay with the beach across the street. It's a dream vacation house!

Peaceful & convenient

This property is beautiful and an all-in-one experience . You can’t beat having the private pool, the bay right behind it with kayaks supplies, and the ocean just a short walk from the home. The home was very clean, and the host was very responsive and hospitable. Would stay again!

Great location

The place is absolutely beautiful. It was a great experience for my family, I got to spend some quality time by the pool with my family. Enjoy the beautiful afternoon’s. Love the fact that they have a boat ramp I got to take my JetSki‘s and had a great time on them. Next time we come back to Virginia Beach definitely gonna try to book this place again.

Beautiful Views

We had a great time on our Family Vacation. The house had everything we needed; The kids had a blast in the pool and the lake. The beach was within walking distance from the house, which was a nice little walk for the kids too. Regina and Robert were helpful with our questions and offered ideas of other things to do in the area.

Summer relaxation

We stayed with our family and 2 grandchildren for over a week. Regina and Rob were fantastic hosts. We really didn’t need to leave the property since it had a full kitchen for us to cook, a wonderful pool and a bay for kayaking and boating. We will definitely be back again!

Had a great time!

Our Sandcastle was a beautiful place to stay Having a private pool backing up to the bay was so great especially with a small child. The apartment was clean and more spacious than it looks in the pictures. We had a lot of fun fishing off the private dock; another bonus when you have a small child. We had a very nice time. Regina and Rob were very helpful and had everything you could need right on the property.

Great Property

We had the perfect stay! There was plenty of room for 5 adults. Sparkling clean and everything appeared brand new. We really enjoyed the pool, and paddle boarding/kayaking right from the dock. Rob and Regina were so friendly and quick to respond to any questions from our first contact all the way through to check out. Would definitely return!

Spectacular Rental!

We loved this rental! If you are looking for a very clean, family-friendly rental with spectacular water views and stunning sunsets, look no further. The amenities were great (plenty of sleeping areas, kitchen was furnished with gadgets, bath towels and linens provided) and the hosts were very responsive with communication. My family and I stayed here and felt right at home. Our favorite spot was the dock, especially at sunset. It was so calm and peaceful on the water. 10 out of 10 recommend!

From the moment we walked through the door we knew we were going to have a relaxing and enjoyable vacation! We were welcomed by the cleanliness, bright beach decor, privacy, spaciousness of the rooms and an awesome totally equipped kitchen/pantry with all of the tools needed to prepare meals for our family of twelve!The tranquility of the private pool and the quiet beauty of the bay are the perfect setting for early morning coffee or a late evening drink on the patio. The pool was a family gathering spot and a refreshing end to the day.Rob and Regina are exceptional hosts and are extremely attentive to the needs and wants of their guests! Perfection!

My husband and I came to VA Beach to meet my step son and his family at a half way point. We had an incredible time. Regina and Rob have a beautiful rental property that was equipped with everything that we needed. As hosts, they went above and beyond in so many ways. We honestly could not have had a better stay and I would recommend their property to all that I know. We would love to return.

Family Gathering and Getaway

The Home is absolutely Beautiful! If your looking for a quiet getaway with a Beautiful View this is it. The kids had a great time at the pool at the home and our Birthday boy had a blast fishing steps away from the pool and back patio. The owners were very sweet! They ensured our stay was comfortable and checked on us to see if we needed anything from time to time. If my family and I could give 10+ stars we would! We will definitely be visiting again in the Future!

Perfect Getaway

This property is absolutely amazing. Everything you could want is on this property — a beach within a 8 min walk, a waterfront in your backyard, kayaks, a private pool, and a grill. We had a large group and everyone slept comfortably! All beds were very large. The house was very clean, and most importantly, the owners were amazing. Despite living upstairs, they never intruded on our vacation at all. If anything, their presence made the vacation better, as they offered us a free boat ride and were able to quickly respond to any of our needs. We were a group in our mid 20s and had a blast.

Best Vacation Ever

What a place! First of all we were 12 adult guests and we felt we had plenty of room inside and outside the home. The homeowners are extremely kind, caring and excellent at maintaining their property. If you need anything they are so helpful. The views from the home are amazing. Our group loved to swim in the pool and just enjoy the beautiful views. The beach is close and the beds are comfy, what more could you want! Super clean and well kept. We would love to come back next summer!

Amazing place and hosts

Rob and Regina were very accommodating, extremely nice, responsive and helpful! 7 of us (sorority sister’s girls weekend) got together as we have been doing for the last 20 plus years and had a wonderful time in Sandbridge. The house is exactly like it shows. Clean, cute, and great location. Bring your own coffee as that is not supplied. (Pods or ground coffee works too!). The dock is awesome, great sunsets! Highly recommend!

Sandcastle Retreat

This is a gorgeous property on the water that offers a beautiful view. There is a beautiful pool to refresh and unwind in or just have fun with the kids. This is a gorgeous home and offered amenities that made you feel at home. It is located within walking distance to the beach and was convenient to all the activities we were interested in including a day at the Pier and a fun family night at Bingo to support the local rescue squad. The owners of the property went above and beyond to make us feel as though we were family. We enjoyed our vacation and did not want it to end. I would recommend this property when visiting VB. We will definitely be back.

Vacation

We had a great time. The place was very clean and beautiful. The owners were available by text and even offered to take the kiddos and husbands out on the boat to fish. They didn’t have any luck, but it was a very generous thing to do! The kids loved fishing off the dock and kayaking. They even caught an eel! I attempted my first kayaking trip which led to lots of laughter. We all loved relaxing in the pool. Our only complaint that was no fault of the owners was that once the sun went down the mosquitoes and what we later realized were no-see-ums attacked resulting in some miserable bug bites.
