**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

Perfectly okay

House was exactly middle of the road. Okay price, okay location, okay interior, okay space. Nothing exceptional but for a cheap weekend retreat, it meets minimum requirements. Nothing to complain about, nothing to write home about, just perfectly okay.

The condo was cute. The instructions to enter were incorrect but they helped in a timely manner. Some of the dishes were not clean and the porch light didn’t work, but all in all those were little issues.

Good with room for improvement

It was a nice convenient location to the beach and quiet. Nice decor and a good bed but you have to park on the street which is at least a minute of walking so dont have many bags or belongings. Needed more pots and pans for those who choose to cook in the apartment and save some cash or who is doing it to maintain thier health & dotors orders. And most of all the so called guest services that you have to text with instead of speaking to will NOT let you in even 30 min early. It doesnt matter if its hot outside or if you have groceries that need to be kept cool. So be EXACTLY on time for check-in if you dont want to be outside.

“Island Time & Ultimate Relaxation Awaits You”

Recently my Husband & I had the pleasure to rent Vacasa Leeward Isles Condo #207 for a most enjoyable & relaxing week. Now, your first stop must be the Visitor’s Center now located behind Water Street Oyster Bar & Restaurant in Corpus Christi to select brochures & plan your time on the island. This “beach themed” condo although on the island is conveniently located to many wonderful restaurants but if dining out is not what you are looking for, there is an HEB & fabulous Paul’s Fish Market & Restaurant conveniently located just minutes away. We selected fresh shrimp & flounder & they even fillet it for you. Whataburger Field home of the “Corpus Christi Hooks”, farm team to the Houston Astros is one of our favorite stops & will provide great baseball entertainment as well as numerous other adventurous excursions which are awaiting your arrival. Had we realized Jason Alden was performing while we were there, we definitely would have purchased tickets in advance so be sure to check that out as well. The owners of this cute condo have provided all the comforts of home along with a well equipped kitchen to make all your favorites. If you are not a fan of the beach, the pool is a matter of steps away for a quick dip or afternoon of lounging & soaking up some sun or reading a good book in the shade. The poolside gazebo is the perfect place for a picnic as the sun is setting. If you love the beach, White Cap Beach is within walking distance of the condo & offers a lovely area to set up & spend the day enjoying the sun, beach, water, birds & people until the sun sets behind the dunes. I hope you take the opportunity to spend a few days or longer making wonderful memories here with someone special in your life. We are looking forward to spending more time at this lovely home away from home & hope you enjoy it as much as we did.
