This is a large, bright and open 3 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms with a powder bath on the main level. Plenty of outdoor space Large balcony on the front off the living room, a small yard in the back of the house off the kitchen and a sunny balcony off the master. Open all the doors to feel the ocean breeze.

Fully furnished - one month minimum rental.

Returning Californians

Great location, clean and very spacious. If staying during the summer please note that there is no air conditioner. We were able to secure a couple of fans so it was pleasant. Highly recommend this house!
