Double pay

We arrived at the hotel on the afternoon of February 18 to check in. The hotel had no evidence of any reservation for us. My wife and I stood at the check in desk for two hours while the check in clerk tried to get a hold of both VRBO and the property owner with no success.We had booked through VRBO and paid using PayPal. A total of $1,194.16 US dollars, or $1,671.82 Canadian dollars was applied to our credit card on February 16. Reservation ID # HA-4N0KSZ property # 2924520. The hotel would not consider our reservation information as valid so they charged our credit card a total of $2,086.60. We were extremely upset and disappointed with both VRBO and PayPal. We are owed $1,671.82 Canadian dollars and would like this matter resolved immediately. Thank you for your attention to this very important issue. Sincerely Russ Kirkpatrick

I did not this reservation at this time never heard of them, and I have not received no money whatsoever from this so in other words, I do not know what he’s talking about
