Nice spacious appartment

This was a good appartment and we enjoyed our stay. Parking is easy and it is convenient to get the elevator up to the property. You have to wait outside and go in the pedestrian entrance to retrieve the garage opener when you first arrive but it was OK to stop on the street so not an inconvenience. The flat is large, especially the main bedroom and en-suite. We had a problem with the hot water on our arrival but it was a communal issue with the building's water pump and the owner made sure it was resolved the next morning. The only negative point is that several of the carpets and furnishings are stained and so look dirtier than they probably are. Those items and the decor generally could just do with a refresh.

Rose Bowl weekend

We had a short stay but the place was just what we were looking for. Close to downtown dining & shops. It was very clean overall, except for the carpeting in the bedrooms which was old and stained & probably needs to be replaced at this point. It would be 5 stars all around aside from that.

Brothers Wedding

Location was perfect. Need clearer instructions on how to enter parking garage. I had to lug my luggage into building to get the garage door remote. There is no parking available to just run up and get the remote. The silverware and some pots were not clean, looks like someone put them away dirty. The balcony door seal was broken, therefore the door did not shut all the way. So it was loud at night and could be dangerous. The rest of the house was great, very roomy and comfortable. Made Kali aware of my concerns.
