This beautiful newly updated first floor unit is located in The Havens at the Barefoot Resort and Golf complex overlooking the tenth green of the Greg Norman course and the Intracostal Waterway. Barefoot is home to four world class golf courses including the Greg Norman, Davis Love III, Tom Fazio and Pete Dye courses. In addition to the world class golf courses, the complex houses practice facilities as well as two restaurants for your enjoyment.

Across the waterway Barefoot Landing provides shopping for all ages. Coupled with excellent eateries and top of the line restaurants, this must visit attraction offers the amenities that all vacationers search for during their stay in NMB. The condo has been totally repainted and remodeled. This 3 bedroom/2 bath unit features 1,450 square feet of outstanding living space with UNBELIEVABLE views of the 10th tee and green on the Norman course and SPECTACULAR views of the Intracoastal Waterway!! Enjoy dinner or just drinks on the newly furnished, enclosed lanai while you watch the sailboats and hole-in-one possibilities!

The living room is furnished with bright and appealing furniture. A 43” flat screen HDTV/music, provides for comfort and entertainment. As an added feature, the condo is equipped with Wi-Fi to allow for your daily technology needs. The well equipped kitchen has all the appliances and utensils needed to prepare a gourmet dinner.

The private master suite is fully furnished with a king-size bed, 43” flat screen HDTV, a ceiling fan, and a beautiful view of the golf course and waterway. The master bath has a Jacuzzi garden tub to revitalized those tired muscles. The second bedroom is fully furnished, including two queen beds, 32” flat screen HDTV, and a ceiling fan. The property was great. Very clean, had everything we needed. Tom was quick to respond to my every question. We enjoyed the bikes we rode in the morning before it got to hot and rode to the pool. The beach chairs were a great accessory used them every day. Very quite area, everyone very friendly. Very pet friendly I felt safe leaving our little dog when we would go out. I would definitely recommend. We never used the shuttle drove to the beach.

Great Spring Vacation!!!

The property was as described. It was very clean and so very comfortable, and the whole week we were there we did not see not one bug inside which also definitely shows the condo is well maintained. Having the access to the patio was nice as we had our dogs with us so it was very easy taking them out and the access to the condo pool and the main pool was wonderful. Tom was very helpful with any questions we had. All in all it was a great week and we would definitely stay again.

We travel to Myrtle Beach every couple of years so we’ve stayed at 6-7 different places. This home was clean, roomy and was located to everything that we like to go. The pool was really nice and close enough to enjoy any time of the day. Tom, the property manager, was great to work with and very easy to contact. We recommend.

For first timers, this place was a wonderful introduction to North Myrtle Beach. All 6 adults had no problem staying here. Beds were great. My daughter had to work on her computer for 2 partial days, and the lanai worked out great. This vacation was the first time we ever took our dog with us, and Cassie thoroughly enjoyed all the attention and walks (although her MB Pelicans bandana that we got from the ballgame disappeared). Saved us about 550 in boarding too.This would be a great place to stay permanently. LOL. Kitchen was great. Loved the coffee. Could use bigger mugs though. I wouldn't hesitate to book this place again.

Nice getaway despite tropical storm Debby

The property is beautiful with a lot to do as listed under the information for the resort. Unfortunately, rain from Tropical Storm Betty started on Sunday and did not stop all week. We got about 30 minutes on the beach Sunday morning before the rain started and maybe 2-3 hours total for the entire week at the pool. My husband and I even stayed at the pool when it was raining. Betty brought a lot of rain and gusty winds. Businesses were closed and went to Barefoot Landing for dinner, all the stores were closed except for Ron Jon. On our last day there, Friday was a little better. Despite Betty, we were away from home and enjoying our time together. I spent a lot of time on the patio off the living room area when I could- when Betty wasn't battering the area. The condo had everything! We couldn't have asked for a nicer condo. In fact, out of all our vacations, this condo was the best one we've stayed in. Parking wasn't an issue. Originally thought we’d have three vehicles, only had two. There was plenty of parking. Corresponding with Tom was easy, always replying in a timely manner.

This was a great condo. I wish my kitchen was as well equipped. The condo was immaculate and the owner checked in to make sure everything was good. Only disappointment was the view. We were hoping for a view of the green and the waterway. That said, it was very peaceful and we spent quite a lot of time enjoying the screen porch.

A great rental!

My husband and I and our two older teenage children plus our small dog stayed in this condo for a week. It was very clean and has many amenities. All we needed to bring was our clothes and personal toiletries. We purchased groceries after we arrived. The kitchen is very well equipped and having the washer/dryer available is great. There were plenty of bath towels and beach towels for our use. Also, the first floor location made getting our belongings in and out easy. Added bonus was the nice lanai with the screened door off the back of the unit. I was able to take my dog outside easily. It is a very pet friendly community. Many of the residents were walking dogs while we were there. Grassy areas were plentiful and everyone was very good about cleaning up after their dogs which makes the environment that much more enjoyable. I dedicate it key recommend staying here!

It had always been our hope to have a condo to both use in retirement and offer to others as an escape from the hectic life of daily work! Please enjoy the condo as much as we have enjoyed making it available to all of those who want a vacation filled with the same amenities as home.
