The Space:

This is a great space for a family getaway! The home is within walking distance to many restaurants such as La Grande Orange, Postino's, and a bike ride to Kachina Park! Just a 10 minute Drive to Old Town Scottsdale.



The home is fully equipped for cooking a delicious meal, with all premium quartz counter tops and Thermador appliances, this kitchen meets all your needs. The bathrooms features spa like amenities and are in abundance. The home is also an excellent place for hosting a fun movie night with a. 75" TV above the primary living room fireplace and additional kids lounge area upstairs with an additional 75" flatscreen so the kids have a place to lounge in a separate space. With multiple gathering areas, lounging and enjoying conversation with loved ones and soaking up the Arizona sun with seating all around the pool are easy to enjoy. We also have a pool fence for safety and peace of mind while enjoying this beautiful space with children. We also have 2 toddle life vests and floaty sets for the pool. Additionally we have a high chair and 2 pack-n-plays and 2 umbrella strollers on site for guests to use.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the entire home, parking in the garage as well as driveway, and the entire backyard turf and pool area.



The Neighborhood:

This home is in the perfect location within walking distance to La Grande Orange, Postino's and Tarbell's or bike to Kachina Park! Old Town Scottsdale and Downtown Phoenix are just a short 10 minute drive. You'll be central to the most popular bars, shopping, golfing, hiking, and dining experiences. Also, the next door neighbor has a Donkey, that can make Donkey noises in the morning!



Getting Around:

Within walking distance to La Grande Orange, Postino's and Tarbell's or bike to Kachina Park and close driving distance to grocery stores and shopping



Other Things to Note:

- The pool is a wonderful feature, though please keep in mind that swimming is at your own risk as there is no lifeguard on duty. For safety, we recommend this home for guests who are confident swimmers. To keep things peaceful, pool use and outdoor activities are limited to 8 a.m. – 9 p.m. We’re in a serene neighborhood, so respecting quiet hours (especially in the backyard and around the pool area) helps ensure a relaxing stay for everyone, neighbors included!

- As Arizona is home to unique desert wildlife, you may occasionally see native critters, including scorpions and spiders, despite regular pest control.

- We have landscapers, pest service, and pool service. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you.

- TV’s are smart TVs with streaming capabilities. There are no cable or local channels.

- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.

- We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.

- The neighbors of this home have livestock including a Donkey that can make a lot of noise at random times, sometimes early in the morning.
