The comfortable and cozy apartment is located on Olbersdorfer See at the foot of the Zittau Mountains and offers on 70 m² plenty of space for rest and relaxation for 3 persons. It is located on the ground floor with separate entrance and has a terrace with dining table and barbecue. Garden use with sun loungers and sandpit. The train station of the narrow gauge railway is a 10 minute walk. - fully equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, stove ...) - wheelchair accessible, floor level, no steps, handles to toilet and shower - separate wifi (DSL 16. 000) - Smart TV in residential, and Bedroom - 2 bicycles and a child seat
