BEDROOMS
The cabin features a single bedroom in the upstairs loft and a pullout couch downstairs.
The bedroom loft features a comfy memory foam full size bed, a flat-screen TV, dresser, walk-in closet, convenient half bathroom, and a wonderful view.
BATHROOMS
Thanks to the full and half bathrooms, you'll never have to worry about waiting your turn when duty calls.
The full downstairs bathroom is outfitted with a shower/tub, hair dryer, and a peaceful view of the forest. Open the window and smell the mountain air!
Both bathrooms are stocked with towels, plenty of toilet paper, and starter toiletries.
KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need to prepare tasty meals or a cocktail or two. It's stocked with a stove/oven, microwave, cookware, utensils, and two coffee makers. Make yourself a cup and go watch the sunrise over the Smokey Mountains from the front porch rocking chairs!
When it's time to eat, enjoy the rustic kitchen table or take your meal outside to the picnic table. Just remember, bears like to eat dinner too. Don't feed them unless you need a new best friend!
OUTSIDE SPACE
If you don't feel like heading into town, you can enjoy a peaceful day in nature. In the summer, you will feel like you are deep in the forest, and in the cooler months you will have amazing views of the Smoky Mountains and the Pigeon Forge valley. Relax with a good book on the rocking chairs, or hike up to the top of Pine Mountain.
Bring some charcoal and grill yourself the perfect steak on the private charcoal grill.
WHAT TO PACK
Pigeon Forge is in a semi-dry (restricted alcohol sales) county so pack accordingly. We leave candles around the cabin when we visit but they may be used up, so pack a few to use responsibly. Same goes for coffee, sugar and other meal requirements.

*The fully paved drive up to the cabin is exciting, steep, and curvy, typical of most mountain cabins in the Smokies. These roads can be uncomfortable for some travelers, so just make sure you are comfortable with this before booking.
**There is one security camera on the premises that faces the away from the cabin toward the driveway.
***The woods are habitat to all kinds of bugs and critters. We suggest you bring some bug spray if you plan to adventure out into the woods.
****WINTER BOOKINGS: We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance through a third-party company, we do not provide it. Travel Insurance policies may assist with partial or full refunds in case it is unsafe to access the cabin or power goes out for an extended period of time. Snow is possible at various times of the year in the higher elevations. Ice on the roads is possible after a rain and temps dropping below freezing. Monitor weather before your stay and we will notify you if conditions are not safe.

About the host
Hosted by Richard Logan Colbert
My wife and I live in middle Tennessee. We travel to Pigeon Forge every year, and it has become a place near and dear to our hearts. We are so excited to finally have our own place in the Smokies that we can escape to and share with you in the meantime.
Why they chose this property
What we love most about this cabin is how secluded it feels, without being solitary. Other cabins are nearby, but not immediately above or next to ours. You are able to get a true Smoky Mountain cabin experience, while only being 10 minutes away from all the excitement and fun things to do in Pigeon Forge.
What makes this property unique
This cabin is perfect for a couples getaway. You come here to escape the hustle and bustle of reality and just relax. The location is peaceful and quiet anytime of the day.
Early risers can enjoy a wonderful sunrise over the mountains and the peaceful sounds of the forest from the front porch swing or rocking chairs. The private hot tub is great for winding down after a fun day in Pigeon Forge or a big hike in the Smoky Mountain National Park. If you want to eat in, the kitchen is stocked with essential cookware and the cabin has its own private charcoal grill. In the winter time you can enjoy a real wood burning fireplace. There is also fast wi-fi, cable tv, Apple-TV, board games and puzzles for you to enjoy.
