The house is located in the Lerbachtal on the sunny south side in Osteroder district Lerbach. The detached house has an unobstructed panoramic view of the Lerbachtal.

The adjoining garden offers the opportunity to barbecue or just for a cozy stay. Parking spaces are located directly at the property, garages are available on request.



*Winter*
Lerbach in the Upper Harz is centrally located to many recreational opportunities in winter. Cross-country skiing, tobogganing and alpine fun are as much at your expense as hikers and connoisseurs. Also within a few minutes - the Aloha Aqualand water park in Osterode on the Harz.

*Summer*
Perfectly located in Osterode district Lerbach, the apartments are the starting point for excursions in the Harz, hiking or cycling. Motorcyclists are with us - we are also passionate Zweiradfans - of course, welcome. At the building of FeWos Lerbachtal there are garages for your vehicles. These are available to our guests on request free of charge! In addition, we have many route and touring tips ready for you! The first serpentine is waiting 5 minutes away!

The house is located in the Lerbachtal on the sunny south side in Osteroder district Lerbach. The detached house has an unobstructed panoramic view of the Lerbachtal.

The apartment is located on the upper floor of an apartment building with only a handful, but generous spacious apartments and is divided into a living room with armchair and sofa bed, flat screen TV, stereo with CD player, three double bedrooms (two cold foam mattresses in Überläge 210 x 90cm), two double beds (140 x 200cm), a shower room and a modern kitchen.

The adjoining garden offers the opportunity to barbecue or just for a cozy stay. Parking spaces are located directly at the property, garages are available on request. By car it is only a few minutes to the pedestrian area of Osterode am Harz or

Leider nicht wie erhofft und dafür viel zu teuer!!!Betten eine Katastrophe, Sofa im Wohnzimmer auch mega durchgesessen, Wohnung wurde nicht richtig warm stellenweise. Es roch in dem Treppenhaus und in der Wohnung sehr doll nach kaltem Rauch, das war auch nicht schön.Wir würden diese Wohnung nicht noch einmal buchen.

Preis Leistung- gut!

Wir waren über Weihnschten in der FeWo in Lerbach. Alles so wie beschrieben. Es gibt immer was zu meckern:-) die Wasserhähne sind nicht dicht, 1 Fensterdichting im grossen Zimmer ist defekt und es zieht. Ab 23 Uhr beginnt die Heizung komische , störende Klopfgeräusche zu erzeugen . Die Matrazen i kleinen Zimmern waren schon durch und hatten eine Vertiefung! Sonst ist alles da .2 Stühle von 6 sind kaputt. Für paar Tage Aufenthalt ausreichend. Schöne Lage! Empfehlenswert ! Danke!

lieblose Einrichtung

Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und ordentlich. Es war alles wichtige vorhanden. Allerdings war sie sehr lieblos eingerichtet. Es hing nicht ein Bild an der Wand,keine Dekoration in den Zimmern . In der Schrankwand im Wohnzimmer war nichts drin. Drei vernachlässigte Pflanzen standen vorm Fenster. Das Geschirr in der Küche war zusammen gesucht.

Wohnung biete viel Platz für 6 Personen und sieht gemütlich aus.

Wohnung ist im Dachgeschoß, man muß einige Treppen steigen. Lerbachtal ist schön.

Erholsamer Urlaub in schöner, geräumiger Wohnung

Die Wohnung war sehr groß, neu und modern eingerichtet. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts, was mir als begeisterte Köchin wichtig ist. Der Blick aus dem Fenster Über das Tal ist wundervoll. Die Vermieter sowie deren Hund und auch der Hausmeister waren sehr freundlich und haben bei Fragen gerne weitergeholfen. Wir kommen gerne wieder
