This fully restored 1- bed apartment, has a large covered outdoor dining area with expansive sea views. Polished wood floors throughout. Located on a peaceful 10-acre plantation, surrounded by rolling fields of sugar cane and thriving jungle to the north. The property has so much to discover, including an historical slave hut. Hear monkeys playing in the trees and watch the sunsets and fireflies come out from your private deck. Only a 7-minute drive to the beach. *** please note we do not allow parties to protect the tranquility for other guests, we do however issue day passes (8am-5pm) at $20usd/person should you want to host any additional friends. Limit of 2 per paying guest.
