Only a 7-minute drive to the beach. *** please note air conditioning is an extra charge of $15.00 per night. It’s rarely needed as we have constant cool breezes. Also we require a $100usd ($200bbd) cash security deposit at check in. You receive it back through VRBO within 24 hours of checking out. We do not allow parties to protect the tranquility for other guests, we do however issue day passes (8am-5pm) at $20usd/person should you want to host any additional friends. Limit of 2 per paying guest.
