Central Air & Heat (also, have a room AC upstairs to help with temperature regulation)
Kitchen is fully stocked with Fiestaware place settings for (6), 9x13 glass baking dish, cookie sheet, glass mixing bowls and stainless-steel cookware. Dishwasher, Keurig, Refrigerator & Stove, Toaster
Smart TV w/ WiFi available for you to login into your Hulu, Netflix or Roku accounts.
