The pretty, well-kept house on the outskirts of Vendersheim has 4 rooms, kitchen, bathroom, balcony (approx. 84 m² living space) and is located in a wonderful garden of 550 m². In addition to the fully equipped kitchen, the ground floor houses the modern living / dining room and right next to it the tastefully furnished master bedroom. The bathroom with tub and whirlpool function is located next to the front door. The beautiful wooden staircase leads to the two rooms on the upper floor and the spacious balcony with a wonderful view of the Rhine-Hessian vineyards. Perfect for enjoying a glass of Rhineland-Hesse Secco on the balcony in the warm summer air and listening to the crickets. One of the rooms on the upper floor can be used as a living room / bedroom, since the cozy seating area can be expanded to a large sofa bed. Or you can use the large lying area for a cozy TV evening. The second room has two beds with high-quality mattresses. In the large garden, enclosed by a beautiful hedge, there is a garden shed with garden furniture, gas grill and children's toys. A canopy allows a cozy afternoon at the large garden table on the paved terrace, even in sunny weather.
