We had a good stay, would stay here again if needing to be in the area. Property manager responded when we had an issue connecting to the internet, we were never able to use the wifi the whole 3 nights we were there. Used our mobile hotspot. Not the property managers fault, just inconvenient for the price. Also we found out at check out that the dishwasher wouldnt close all the way and they needed us to leave strictly at 10am. So just something to confirm if those issues are resolved. Also, be weary of neighbors if you have small kids - every single night there were fights and arguments that broke out. I mean ridiculously angry yelling and crashing of neighbors property (again not the property managers fault - just something to note if you have kids. I would not have stayed here if my kids were with me.)

Beautiful home/pool but dirty

Beautiful home and pool area but dust and dirt everywhere, inside and out. Description not accurate, no bbq, no hot tub and jetted tub took 2-3 HOURS to fill. The pool was great-but did start turning green a coule days before we left.

Fantastic Gem in Orlando Area!

This place was absolutely wonderful! It met all our needs and then some. I love this homes proximity to all of the good stuff. You're just a short trip from all of the theme parks. What's crazy, is idea that you feel like your in the suburbs, but you're actually still in the heart of all the action. When we come down next time, we are definitely coming back! Moise was incredible to work with and easily went the extra mile for us as we forgot a very expensive set of airpods and they mailed them back to us free of charge! This is the kind of place people look for, but don't always find. Thank you for an awesome place for our trip!

Great location in Orlando

This home worked well for our stay in Orlando. Easy drive to Universal Studios, and the pool was great after a long day at the parks.

Fooled by the convenience and aesthetics

I booked this property for myself and my family for a two week stay while my own home nearby was being renovated. The air conditioning is controlled by the host and they do not allow you to put it below 72 and they set it at 76 during the day. It is extremely warm in this house. The home was not cleaned properly, there was dust and miscellaneous items all throughout the house under the beds. There were garden snakes outside the front of the house and the front door. The host did not want to drive from Davenport to Orlando to take care of the issue and ask me to go to the store and get snake away and put it down around the house, myself with the promise of reimbursement and that has yet to happen. The pool was dirty and there was some sort of mouse or hamster swimming in the pool. My 10-year-old daughter had to use the pool net to fish it out. I came home from work the day after I checked in and pulled the already full recycle bin down to the end of the driveway and proceeded to pull the garbage can up but almost threw up because there was watery fecal matter in the garbage. This home was conveniently located for me so that I could commute to work easily, but the issues with the home became so bad that I had to book a hotel for my entire family almost 45 minutes away. I paid a significant amount for two weeks and was refunded less than half after only being there for three days and having to fight over these issues. The house is dusty and filthy. Stay far away! I was fooled.

Comfortable home

We had a very comfortable stay and appreciated having items such as a pack and play and fence around the pool for our one year-old. The property is in a quiet neighborhood which we appreciated. It was a little further away from the university where we were attending a graduation than we had thought but it worked out okay.
