Awesome!!!

This home was PERFECT for us!! Two youth baseball coaches and two youth baseball players. Location is out of town yet close to everything. The man cave put it over the top!! I would definitely stay here again!

i stay in live oak alot and this is by far the best rental in live oak to many great things to mention but i will say it even has a movie room .. i will be bringing my faimly back!!

Great getaway

Terry was a perfect host who responded quickly to my inquiries. The house was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Sitting on the front porch looking over the beautiful front yard was very relaxing. The location was easy to find with easy access. We visited Peacock Springs and watched the scuba divers which was very cool. I look forward to a future stay at this property.

Stay in Live Oak, Florida

The house and location were very nice. However, on the day of check-in, the owner informed me that he had begun to move into the home with several boxes. Upon arrival, we found the dishwasher, cabinets, closets, and refrigerator/freezer full (some partially used food and drink), obviously indicating someone living there. No where for us to hang clothes or store food for our 5 night stay. A stack of clothes were in the corner of a bedroom. We had to spend extra to eat out 11 times. This was extremely unexpected and very disappointing. We stayed, because full payment was already made, and accomodations are very limited in that area.

So relaxing

Great property in a quiet neighborhood. Owner is super responsive and easy to get a hold of. Great yard with chickens walking around. The neighbor even brought us fresh eggs. Would definitely go back for another week of relaxation.
