Coco Palms is a luxury 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom waterfront villa with swimming pool, located within Jolly Harbour, Antigua’s popular gated community.
The villa can sleep 8 guests in 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 with en-suite bathrooms plus house bathroom. It has huge waterside lounging space, able to host two (2) 40ft yachts.
The villa is stylishly furnished to a high standard and is equipped with an impressive array of modern amenities including high-end fitted kitchen with touch panel Bosch appliances, Wi-Fi enabled coffee machine, wine fridge, ice maker, large kitchen island with seating and separate laundry room. All bathrooms are wet rooms with walk-in rain showers and twin wash bowls.
Outside there is a generous covered patio with 10-seater outdoor dining table, outdoor kitchen including gas BBQ grill, drinks fridge, sink and bar with bar stools. There is ample space for lounging in the shade on the 8-seater sofa.
Beyond the covered terrace is a beautifully inviting good sized swimming pool with large sunbathing deck furnished with comfortable loungers with mattresses and fabulous open views across the bay. The pool deck is bordered by tropical plants and palm trees, has sweeping views across the water and lush green hillsides up and down the coastline and leads down onto the boat dock below.
The dockside lounging space includes fire pit, outdoor shower and over-water hammock. The property also comes with kayaks and SUPs that can be launched from the dock – a great way to explore the gorgeous beaches and inlets of the sheltered Jolly Harbour bay.

Jolly Harbour New Amenities
We’re pleased to let you know that during your stay you now have complimentary access to the following at the new Jolly Harbour Sports Complex; the swimming pool, tennis courts, and pickleball courts.
A key fob has been provided and is attached to your villa keys. This fob is required to access the facilities.
Please take care not to misplace or lose the fob, as a replacement fee will apply, and replacements can take some time.

There will be a Tourism Levy Tax at a cost is $5us/ night per person (over the age of 5). We will advise you in your inquiry on the total cost including fees, and add it to Vrbo after confirmation.
There is a welcome binder in the property which you should read on arrival to help you get familiarized with the surrounding, info on the property along with house rules and things to note.
UPON BOOKING: If you do not have any reviews we will need you to provide more details about yourself (ie. work credentials such as a LinkedIn profile or similar) and the purpose of your stay.
EARLY CHECK-IN: A guaranteed early check-in can be arranged subject to availability at an extra charge, close to arrival.
LATE CHECK OUT: On the day of departure, we kindly ask all guests to vacate the property by 11AM. A guaranteed late check-out can be arranged subject to availability at an extra charge.
LONGER STAYS: For stays 14 nights and longer, complimentary cleaning may be provided. Details to be confirmed after booking.
