If you're looking for a simple yet elegant and cute vacation house...this is most definitely your spot! Caroline has put so much time and effort into keeping the house as original as possible but yet still modern. Even taking time to give all of her best spots to check out! Honestly thought that was so nice!!!! The pool was clean. The beds were comfy and the coffee was hot!! Tha k you so much for a perfect baseball vacation for my family!!

Absolutely love staying at Caroline’s property! This was our second time staying here and we will definitely stay again. The home is very close to the boat ramp which works good for us! Caroline answers messages quickly and is an excellent host! Would recommend this property to anyone wanting to be close to the water!

Beautiful Home

Caroline’s home is gorgeous! We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The fenced yard was perfect for our dog, and the kids loved the pool! This home was very convenient to us being so close to the boat ramp and there are plenty of stores and restaurants close by as well. We will definitely be staying here again!

Wonderful month!

We had a great stay for the month! Wanted a taste of Florida for the month and this property had everything we needed. Great location with a crisp pool. Caroline was very attentive and fast to respond. Our family including our pups had an enjoyable stay. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay!

We had a great time at the Caroline’s place. Caroline made sure we had beach supplies and check-in was smooth. She provided tons of local recommendations and the house was centrally located, just 15-20 minutes to Anna Maria Island. House was extremely clean and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Kids loved the pool and the house was spacious enough for our group of six. We would definitely stay here again!

Great 3 day stay with my Mother. Everything from the host to the pool was exactly as shown or better. Our Host was incredibly helpful and responsive, and the property is perfectly set up for a very nice and easy stay. We loved the pool! And we agreed that we would most certainly stay here again!!

Everything is all brand new in the house which has just been completely renovated. The neighborhood is very pretty with a nice walk by the river. Caroline was a wonderful host. I strongly recommend it!

Soccer showcase stay

My family has a fantastic time staying in this amazing home during a sort trip for soccer at IMG. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. Caroline was a very responsive and personable host. The back porch and pool were relaxing and all the amenities we needed were provided. It was a short trip to Anna Maria Island which had beautiful beaches and lots of restaurants to choose from. We would definitely stay here again!

Fun and cool place

Better than expected , mid-century vibe and decor were very cool. Caroline went above and beyond normal hostess duties, lefta nice food gift basket, had coffee and filters available and even brought out cat toys and scratching post ! Great and beautiful location close to the Manatee River and close to the Ana Maria Island beaches and Robinson and Perico Preserves. Highly recommended .

Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood

We were so happy with our stay in this lovely home! It’s in a quiet neighborhood a short distance from restaurants and stores. The beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island are 20 minutes away. St. Petersburg and Sarasota are also close. The home is nicely furnished and very comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you could need. The owner responded quickly to information requests. This home was a perfect choice for our family vacation!

Fantastic

Caroline is a wonderful host. She was easy to connect with and made check in and check out simple. She has put a lot of thoughtful detail into this well stocked VRBO. The house is clean, spacious, well maintained, and has so many thoughtful details tucked into just abt every room. The pool was perfect and the backyard had just the right amt of grassy area for Our golden retriever to play and chase lizards. We highly recommend this home away from home and look fwd to visiting again in the future.

Absolutely Amazing!

We had an amazing time at Caroline’s property! The house is detailed with perfection. She went above and beyond for us, especially my mother who was celebrating her 82nd birthday. Perfect Oasis

My daughter and I were in town for a sport event at IMG and Premier. The location of the property was great. About 15 minutes from IMG and an easy 30 minutes to the second location. The property is a short drive to Anna Maria beaches as well. The home was adorable and very clean. It was the perfect retreat for us from the pressures of the event. The kitchen was well equipped so we were able to eat our healthy breakfasts and dinners versus eating out for all our meals. We were actually sad to leave our little home away from home and will definitely stay here again next year for the event. PS the binder with all the home information and suggestions for the area was very appreciated as well.

I stayed for 5 nights- I have vacationed here 4 years in a row, and this was the best place I have stayed at! The host was great! I brought my little dog with me the place was beautiful, extremely clean, and cozy! There are some nice little restaurants pretty close by too. very safe neighborhood to be in as well. The pool was perfect. no complaints- will be back :)
