The fireplace in the master bedroom was super nice. Having fans in all the rooms was great! Everything was clean, neat, and well thought out. The laundry was easy to use, kind of wish my machines had that many options and were that easy. Location was close to all the fun in San Antonio. The host was easy to reach and a pleasure to connect with. Definitely would stay here again if the need arose.

The Pictures do not represent the actual home. The home was dirty, clearly had foundation issues. The smoke detectors were ripped out, several large cracks through the walls and water damage to the ceiling. After we arrived we immediately left and went to a hotel. Thankfully the owners refunded the money.

We appreciated the washer and dryer so we could wash our bathroom towels and wash rags. The inside of the house is really cute. We had some issues with sugar ants in the kitchen so we had to put our food on the dining room table. There were plenty of rooms for our teen girls for spring break. The guest bathroom needs a brighter light for doing makeup. Fireplace in primary room was really nice. The primary bathroom shower floor needs some work. Overall, it gave us more room than a hotel so I do appreciate that and it was close to the Riverwalk. Big plus for us! The neighborhood was quiet and that made us happy too. Thank you!

Cute home. Neighborhood was terrible, and both my guest and I were afraid for not only our possessions but also our personal safety. Told all of this to the host within the first few hours of check-in but didn’t matter, they charged me full price for the 4 night visit even though I didn’t stay one single night. Instead I stayed in a motel all week down the street. Maybe I should have done a Google street view of the property to know how the neighborhood around it looks.

Fantastic Farmhouse

My 10 year old said the house was his dream house! Exactly as advertised inside with all the amenities you could ask for and close to downtown. Would definitely stay again!

Bachelorette weekend

It is a diverse, evolving neighborhood where locals and new businesses are coming together to create a safe, unique, & welcoming community so that being said there are a mix of new developments and older homes, it may not be for everyone so do your research before but we love it! You’ll see a real slice of San Antonio here — full of culture, history, and charm — with very easy access to downtown hotspots just minutes away.
