Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer, eine komplett eingerichtete Wohnküche mit Eckbank, Tisch, Sat-TV, Spülmaschine Mikrowelle Toaster, Kaffeemaschine und weiteres ein Badezimmer mit einer Dusche und einem WC. Des Weiteren ist eine Garage, eine eigene Terrasse und eine Liegewiese mit Gartenmöbeln und einer Kinderschaukel gegeben. Die Umgebung bietet herrliche Spazier- und Wanderwege, und auch Kutschenfahrten, Kneipen und Restaurants sind geboten. Für sportlich Aktive gibt es auch Trekking -und Mountainbike Trails. Gleißenberg liegt nur ca. 10 km von der tschechischen Grenze entfernt, was eine Gelegenheit zum günstigen Einkauf anbietet.
