New! Pool, Pickleball & Beach Access on S. CSB

Reservations include complimentary beach gear package, $35 daily credit, personalized to fit your needs. Beach gear options include kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, corn hole, and much more. Applicable for stay durations between 3-21 nights.

Vacation on beautiful Cape San Blas in a two story, luxuriously decorated home. Featuring an open concept living space, kitchen, and dining area, Ocean Mist has it all. Fully equipped for dining in with the family, yet close enough to downtown Port St. Joe to go out for the night. A starter supply of amenities is provided. Depending on length of stay, more may need to be purchased.

The primary bedroom features a king bed with an en suite bathroom and flat screen TV. The primary bathroom is beautifully appointed with tile and glass shower doors, a double vanity, and private water closet. This bathroom also features two large walk-in closets, so don’t stress packing light!

Head upstairs and you will find two guest bedrooms, one with two sets of twin over twin bunk beds, and the other featuring a queen. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

Villa del Sol is an up and coming neighborhood on beautiful Cape San Blas! Amenities include a gorgeous community pool, 2 pickleball courts, and volleyball court! Villa del Sol features private beach access, just feet away from Ocean Mist. Salinas Park is a short drive away with plenty of entertainment for the whole family. Plan your next vacation at Ocean Mist!

Please be mindful, a starter supply of amenities are provided. Depending on the guests length of stay, additional amenities may have to be purchased.

Great Place to Relax

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a short walk to the beach and pool. The home is beautiful and comfortable. We enjoyed coffee on the back porch each morning and enjoying the pool and beach in the afternoons.

Great beach trip

Clean house, lots of closet space, only improvements would be a queen bed instead of double in upstairs room and some rugs to absorb sound and sand. Beach was an easy walk and very quiet!

Great time!

We had a great time. The house was very spacious. The beach cart, chairs, umbrella and toys provided were very helpful. The cart especially since it was a bit of a walk to the beach. The pool was great after a long day.

Short walk to the beach and we even caught fish. The house was comfortable with a girl ou the back deck. Lots of birds out back. New wave gets an A plus for service. We ran out of propane for the grill and Brittney delivered and hooked up a new one within hours.

The beds were so comfy and we loved sitting on the decks. The back deck Wa perfect for morning coffee and the front for afternoon reading. We were even able to surf fish with just a short walk down the board walk. We ran out of propane or the grill and New Wave delivered and hooked up a new one within an hour! Would not rent with anyone in the area except New Wave. The property was just as described
