Our house is located in a quiet, sunny location on the outskirts below the vineyards.

It is the starting point for numerous activities such as hiking, cycling or water sports and offers the perfect start for the long-distance trail "Moselsteig".

Within walking distance you can explore the historic center with its long history, be pampered by the gastronomy and taste the wines of local winemakers.

The Moselle town of Cochem and many other destinations are also easily accessible by public transport.

The approximately 42m2 apartment is fully equipped and furnished with great attention to detail. In addition to a living / dining area, it has a separate bedroom with furnished balcony, and a shower room with rain shower.

Here you can start the day relaxed with a hearty breakfast and after the impressions and excursions of the day the evening with a glass of wine on the balcony.

Hallo alle zusammen 🤗 Sicherlich kennt Ihr das Gefühl, Du fährst weg um den Alltagsstress hinter Dir zu lassen 😉 Als ich anreiste, hat mir direkt die Hanglage super gefallen, weil mir klar war ich habe einen geilen Ausblick über das Moseltal 🌞😎 Das Ehepaar Balthasar (Vermieter) begrüßte mich mit einer so herrlichen Gastfreundschaft 😇, daß ich mich direkt sehr wohl gefühlt habe 🙏 Als ich dann die Ferienwohnung betrat, hatte ich von der ersten Sekunde an ein Gefühl der Geborgenheit und Wärme in mir 😇🙏 Was soll ich sagen, die vier Tage dort haben mir genau das gegeben, was ich gesucht habe 👏👏👏 Ruhe, Entspannung und trotzdem lebendige Gastfreundschaft, genial ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ich komme wieder keine Frage und herzlichsten Dank für die tolle Zeit ♥️ 🙏 Liebe Grüße Andreas 🤗

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Die perfekt eingerichtete Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen. Der Ort selbst und die unmittelbare Umgebung (inkl. Cochem) war perfekt für Radtouren und kulinarische Genüsse. Sehr nette Vermieter und die Möglichkeit, unser Tandem in der Garage abzustellen, haben uns den Aufenthalt noch zusätzlich angenehm gemacht.

Netter kleiner Ort um Abstand zum Alltag zu bekommen

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dieser sehr geschmack- und liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Auch die Küche ist mit allem Notwendigen für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ausgestattet. Auch die Umgebung ist schön. Man kann von hier viele Wege zum Wandern nutzen. Da wir sonniges Wetter hatten, haben wir die Möglichkeit zum Draußen sein gerne genutzt. Einen Stern Abzug gebe ich, weil die Wohnung bei Ankunft leider nicht rauchfrei war.

Schönes apartment in Klotten am Moezel

Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung komplett ausgestattet. Mitten in Klotten, wenige Kilometer von Cochem entfernt. Eine wunderschöne Gegend mit schönen Wander- und Radwegen. Ein perfekter Ort, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen und zu entspannen. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und reagieren schnell.

Ruhe pur

Das Ehepaar Balthasar hat uns herzlich aufgenommen. Wir haben eine sehr saubere und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung vorgefunden. Die kleinen Gastgeschenke wurden liebevoll ausgesucht und platziert. Da wir gesundheitlich eingeschränkt waren, konnten wir keine großen Wanderungen oder Fahrradtouren machen. Der kleine Balkon mit der schönen Aussicht lädt aber zum Verweilen ein. Wir konnten die Ruhe und Entspannung genießen. Vielen Dank nochmals an die netten Balthasars. LG Petra und Uli

Ein schöner Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen perfekt. Neu renoviert. Man muss wissen das die Wohnung weiter oben liegt und zu Fuß ist es sehr steil. Ausdauer ist gefragt. Die Wohnung hatte alles was man braucht. Sauberkeit ist ok. Kleinigkeiten gab es in den Ecken. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig. Man hört den Fernseher vom Vermieter abends wenn es ruhig ist. Aber sonst zu empfehlen

Wunderschönes Fleckchen Erde

Die Wohnung ist perfekt und mit sehr viel Liebe und Geschmack ausgestattet! Alles was man nur im Urlaub brauchen könnte ist da. Der sonnige Balkon mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht auf die Stadt, Mosel und die Hügel ist ideal für Frühstück und ein Glas Wein am Abend. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr ruhig aber zentral. Tolle, moderne und saubere Ferienwohnung

Eine durch und durch geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, die wirklich keinerlei Wünsche übrig lässt. Man kommt rein und fühlt sich total wohl. Auf dem schnuckligen Balkon haben wir oft die tolle Aussicht bei Frühstück oder Wein genossen. Das nette Vermieterpaar ist sehr hilfsbereit. Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder! Neuwertige und gemütliche FeWo

Die Ferienwohnung scheint erst vor Kurzem renoviert und auf den neusten Stand gebracht worden zu sein. Dementsprechend ist alles sehr neuwertig, hübsch dekoriert und modern eingerichtet. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts - bei der Einrichtung und Ausstattung wurde an alles gedacht. Der Ort Klotten ist klein und nicht vom Tourismus überlaufen. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Cochem ist als Tourismushochburg auch nicht weit entfernt - 5 Minuten mit dem Auto oder 45 Minuten zu Fuß.
