Good views but property in need of updating and renovation

The property has potential to be a great villa but as it stands it is not in a good state and needs significant renovation and modernisation. There is no aircon and only one working fan when we arrived. Michael the host was very responsive and as helpful as he could be and got another fan in for us, though really it needs many more to afford comfort. Quite a few things were not working (including dishwasher) and a lot of the fixtures, fittings and equipment are old. Elton John/‘John Elton’ may have stayed there in the past but those looking for any luxury will be sadly disappointed.

Recently renovated High ceilings all around. Minutes to the Beach, Beach Bar & Restaurant. Explore the exclusion zone and buried city of Plymouth! Safe and quiet neighborhood. Concierge on island to answer all questions and provide helpful information at all times: (tour info/guides; important phone numbers; hospitals, car rental locations; restaurant recommendations, flavored rum bars, karaoke bars; Volcano observatory; gorgeous trails, the island's culture, etc) Guest Basket Upon Arrival. Full Kitchen and outdoor BBQ with a garden to play in and fully equipped with washer, dishwasher, tv and sound system. Excellent space for hosting dinner parties, Barbecuing and spending quality time with your family & friends. Books & games available for your pleasure. We keep the villa clean and provide a weekly cleaning service for you so you can kick back relax and focus on your wonderful vacation.
