The space
The 1st floor level-
has clean Scandinavian/Farmhouse interior vibes. Front door, and back door entrances. Open and well-equipped kitchen with laundry area in basement. Relax in the sunny, enclosed front porch with hanging swing and bench or retreat to the backyard pergola with comfortable outdoor seating, electric grill propane fire table.

For groups wanting more privacy from those they travel with, both the rear portion and upstairs also function as private suites. The house can remain open or can be partitioned off much like adjoining suites in a hotel.
