The cottage is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with no through traffic. Owner is on site should you need anything at all.

Perfect for a quiet easy stay

Meg is a superstar hostess. She took care of every detail. The property is super clean, well appointed, very comfortable. Excellent neighborhood, quiet, close to shops, parks, and beaches. Highly recommended!!

Family visit

The house is actually more lovely in person! We’ve stayed in many VRBOs but none has had the amenities of this one. I forgot to pack so many things but the Cozy Yellow Cottage had me covered with all the toiletries. Very quiet neighborhood. Comfortable and clean.

Always a perfect stay!

This is a beautiful home. Very clean. Great neighborhood! She provides quality appliances like nice coffee makers and different coffees to choose from. Bottled water, granola bars, various toiletries in case you forget anything. Nice quality, soft sheets and towels. Very responsive hostess. Thanks for another amazing stay!
