With 3 Bedrooms and 2.5 half baths, a Large Back Patio, complete with a Propane Grill and surrounded by Beautiful trees, you will have plenty of room to land and Relax after a day of adventures!

Hot Springs Village is the largest gated community in North America and has a variety of amenities that can be enjoyed by all who visit. With 8 public golf courses, 11 Lakes, miles of bike and hiking trails, pickleball courts, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, mini golf, playground, outdoor basketball courts - Something for Everyone! 

Guests can only enter through 2 of the gates - Be sure to read the instructions carefully to ensure a hassle free commute and check in. 

The world famous Hot Springs Bath Houses & Spas, Oak Lawn Casino and Horse Racing are all only about 30 minutes away.

Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, give the guard your name, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print the directions.

Kitchen Utility drawers weren’t clean...evidence of Roaches..I killed 2, 1 got away and another one was dead in downstairs 1/2 bath. No hair dryer in unit. Couldn't find light for Utility Room and the URm door wouldnt/couldn't close.Patio was covered with acorns and no one ever came to blow it off. Also, assundry junk was piled in corner of patio. Not a nice view from dining. Kept blinds closed. Sad.Also, reported broken back stairway step and while I was told someone was coming by to "look" at it. That's All that was done...this was/is a Dangerous Fire Hazard.I tried to add pictures, but website would not cooperate.

Lacking

Condo was very clean, kitchen well stocked with dishes etc, AC was set and very comfortable when we walked in. The sofa is an older model comfortable but recliner in sofa on right side doesn’t work and the one on left side goes up but it’s difficult to close so if you are not young with strong legs I wouldn’t open it. There are slates in the vertical blinds missing in livingroom/dinning area along with master bedroom so you don’t have privacy because of all the gaps from missing slates. The decor in main living area is not a peaceful setting you expect and want for a vacation trip-too many different things going on, no cohesiveness at all. You have the beach, Asia, farmhouse, modern along with other stuff I don’t have any idea on how to describe all in one big room. The feeling of the room was not calm peacefulness it felt like chaos. The art work is distracting and some are disturbing. Some of the art pieces I wouldn’t want to answer a child when asked what is that…not appropriate for a rental. The area great! The size of condo great! Size of beds great! AC worked great! What’s lacking in this condo for the price you pay is the warmth calm peacefulness you want to feel when you go on vacation not confusion and chaos.
