6 person apartment, 2 bedrooms, in the middle of the ski area at 1700mNN right on the slopes!

Staudis ski huts are located in the beautiful chalet village Silberleiten in Hochkrimml directly on the ski trail. The skis buckle in front of the house and off you go to the 150m distant ski lift with which you start your ski tour in the entire Zillertal Arena. In our house there are 11 apartments in a cozy cottage style for max. 6 persons with 2 bedrooms a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, new bathrooms with floor-level showers, hair dryer and toilet, cable TV, Internet connection (free W-Lan), cozy fireplace, balcony or Terrace with fantastic views of the snowy mountains of the Hohe Tauern.
For each apartment is available in our underground car park (directly in the house) depending on a parking space. Others on request.
Our shoe dryers, which are located in the ski room where you store your equipment, are also very pleasant.

WINTER:

The Zillertal Arena, the family-friendly ski area, is right on your doorstep. The largest snow and fun arena in the Zillertal awaits you! 139 km of slopes, 51 state-of-the-art cable cars u. Lifts, 283 ha of snow-covered and therefore snow-sure pistes, a children's paradise (9 ski u. Snowboard schools) and a snow park with halfpipes invite you to ski and snowboard fun. Numerous cozy huts and snow bars are waiting at the edge of the run.

The lifts are from the house about 150 meters away and within walking distance. 4 permanent racetracks invite you to compare with the pros.
For your kids and beginners, the Skischule Gerlosplatte is in the immediate vicinity of the Plattenalmlift. (150m)

Enjoy off the slopes - in the immediate vicinity of the house is a 12 km long cross-country ski trail (circuit). Toboggan fun for the whole family is provided by the Filzsteinalm - natural toboggan run at floodlighting or you can experience the winter on a romantic sleigh ride through the snowy winter landscape. Alternatively, there is a two-day snowshoe hike.

Special features: CRYSTAL BATH Wald im Pinzgau (distance about 8 km) In the Kristallbad you can let off steam on over 300 m2 of water. Giant slide, whirlpools, massage jets and an outdoor pool that offers 30 degrees of warm water in winter. For the adults there is a sauna area with 3 saunas, a brine steam bath and a nice relaxation area.

Your apartment is located in the midst of a diverse hiking area. Right on your doorstep, you start your hiking or mountain biking tour. The Hohe Tauern National Park and the Zillertal Arena are a true hiking paradise in summer. The network of hiking trails is no less than 400 km long.
In the immediate vicinity is located on the beautiful reservoir Durlachboden the excursion Finkau with petting zoo and playground for the kids and the worth seeing Klammweg to Trisslalm / Zittauer hut.
The Gletscherblickalm is a 30-minute walk away and offers homemade Almkäse cheese and a snack with a grandiose panoramic view.
The cheese dairy and cheese cellar can also be visited.
