Spacious, newly renovated 3 BD/2Bath river home. Brand new 2 story boat house with covered pavilion. Perfect for entertaining and/or relaxing. Park your boat right off the dock. We are right on the river, close to the Gulf of Mexico, East Matagorda Bay, and West Matagorda Bay. All your fishing experiences in one place! Short drive to Matagorda Beach, too. House has all the amenities you would expect and the outdoor pavilion is an incredible space to grill the days catch and watch amazing sunsets.
