Déception

Location pas chère c'est certain mais quelle déception... Qu'un logement soit vieillissant, je peux le comprendre et habituellement nous n'y prêtons pas attention. Par contre la propreté devrait toujours être une priorité ! Vaisselle, table, canapé, toilettes : sales ! Araignées sous les couettes. Un séjour dont je me souviendrai : un grand stress. Nous avons tout fait pour y passer le moins de tps possible. Pour l'hiver : je n'imagine même pas. L'isolation est très faible ! PAS INTERNET !

Petit appartement très bien situé

Une remarque : l'appartement est indiqué au RDC mais pour une personne à mobilité réduite il y a des escaliers pour accès à la porte d'entrée et un talus pour l'accès par l'extérieur, mais qui n'a pas été gênant dans notre cas.

Hygiène

A notre arrivée, odeur nauséabonde dans l'appartement, de renfermé et autre. Pendant 15jours fenêtres ouvertes 24/24h.Obligé de faire du ménage à notre arrivée, pas très plaisant. Pates crues retrouvées sur la toile cirée de la table très usagée et grise fixée par des punaises . Housse du clic clac très sale, obligé de mettre un plaid nous appartenant dessus. Odeur dans les tiroirs et placards. VMC dans la salle de bain wc très insalubre.
