About this property

Landhaus Kunterbunt at the forest and river with chicken and sheep in the Thuringian Forest

Our listed building was built in 1902 and was repaired by us during construction. In the rooms of the apartment are wooden floorboards for a comfortable feeling, the kitchen is well equipped. On the balcony, the day can start with breakfast and end with a cold beer or a glass of wine. In the yard, the seating can be used, the sheep caressed, the feet are cooled in the stream. The forest starts behind our property. In the area there is the train station (500 m) from Gräfenroda, the trains do not disturb their vacation;) ...
In winter, historic train stations stop at the train station. Shops, such as bakers, Netto, Rewe, butchers, kebab, hairdresser, Eismanufaktur and bank are within walking distance 0.5 - 2 km. A large outdoor pool is in the neighboring Geraberg. The H2O Wellnessbad can be found in Oberhof. The ski and bicycle rental is 2 km away. We look forward to seeing you

Nice place for a resourcing week end

Nice appartement in an old house with a big garten to play for the kids. No chicken and goat anymore for the moment but still a nice area to play outside.

Wir haben uns hier über Pfingsten sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und eine schöne Familienzeit verbracht. Die liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung und das nette und unkomplizierte Miteinander mit den Vermietern hat viel dazu beigetragen. Insbesondere ihre Zwergenmanufaktur in Gräfenroda und der Zwörgshop, bei dem wir alle einen Zwerg selbst bemalen konnten, hat uns gefallen. Vielen Dank!

Super Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist klasse! Wir waren nur zu zweit, aber da können gut 5 oder 6 Leute wohnen, zumal es durch die drei Schlafzimmer auch Rückzugsräume gibt. Einrichtung sehr angenehm, Küche super ausgestattet. Auch das Heizen mit dem Holzofen (gibt auch normale Heizung!) hat gut funktioniert. Sehr freundliche Vermieter, die unten im Haus wohnen. Huhn und Schaf haben wir zwar nicht gesehen, dafür den tollen Kater Mo! Viele Städte und Ausflugsziele sind in 15 - 20 km Entfernung, also gut ohne lange Fahrt erreichbar. Die Zwergenwerkstatt Gräfenroda ist übrigens für Bewohner der FeWo kostenlos, ich glaube, das stand nicht in der Beschreibung. Würde ich empfehlen und wieder machen!

sehr großzügige und liebevoll gestaltete Wohnung; guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in der gesamten Umgebung; die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich; leider lies die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig; eigene Handtücher empfehlenswert; Hoftiere (Hühner, Schafe etc. gab es leider nicht), dafür einen sehr netten Hund und eine junge Katze, die sich beide sehr gerne streicheln ließen

Eigentlich eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Allerdings war die eiskalt als wir angekommen sind. Hat Stunden gedauert bis es angenehm war. Die Kommunikation bei Buchung hat nicht funktioniert. Wofür wir unfreundlich zur Rede gestellt wurden und nachzahlen mussten. Das wäre in Ordnung gewesen wenn es unser Fehler gewesen wäre. Außerdem sehr oberflächlich gereinigt,Staub in allen Ecken und vielen Möbeln. Wir würden die Ferienwohnung eigentlich gerne öfter buchen... Aber so nicht.... ununfreundlich

Wunderbares Kleinod mit Liebe zum Detail!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen in diesem kleinen Paradies. In jedem Detail der Einrichtung und im großen Garten steckt Herzblut drin. Die Gastgeber sind super umgänglich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einen geselligen Abend bei Thüringer Bratwurst und Stockbrot am Lagerfeuer ;) Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schönes Haus in schöner Gegend

In schöner Gegend ein liebevoll restauriertes Haus. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Alles, was man braucht, ist da, auch ein weitläufiger Garten. In der Umgebung kann man sehr viel unternehmen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind vor Ort, die Anreise mit Bahn problemlos möglich. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfreich.

hübsche wohnung

die wohnung ist im 1. stock eines sehr hübschen altbaus mit geschmackvoll/passender einrichtung. im mitbenutzbaren garten gibt es sandkasten, eine rutsche und ein baumhaus, die vermieter sind kinderfreundlich. es gibt weder schaf noch huhn!!! auch der pool, der in der beschreibung genannt ist, existiert nicht. auch in der nähe gibt es keine bauern, sodass die idee, mit den kindern bauernhoftiere kennen zu lernen und z.b. morgens erst einmal zu den tieren zu gehen, damit die mütter in ruhe frühstücken können, nicht umsetzbar war. der boden knarzt und die wohnung ist hellhörig. in der umgebung gibt es schöne ausflugsziele und spielplätze, allerdings muss man praktisch immer mit dem auto fahren. in den ort zur eisdiele (lecker!) braucht man mit kindern ca 2o-25 minuten.

Entspannung pur in der Ferienwohnung Kunterbunt

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr stilvoll und retro eingerichtet. Die Lage ist perfekt, um Ausflüge in den Thüringer Wald zu unternehmen. In Gräfenroda selbst hat uns die Zwergstatt sehr beeindruckt und in der Eismanufaktur haben wir Gutes genossen.

Schöner Kurzurlaub!

Wir waren 2 Nächte in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung zu Gast und haben es sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben. Schön alt, unglaublich gemütlich und alles sauber! Knarzende Holzdielen, bequeme Betten, ein toller alter Ofen, der wohlige Wärme verbreitet! Perfekt für eine vierköpfige Familie, oder auch noch mehr! Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und haben gute Tips für Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben. Die Umgebung bietet vielfältige Ausflugsmöglichkeiten (Erfurt, Weimar, Thüringer Wald, etc.). Alles schnell erreichbar! Sehr zu empfehlen ist die Zwergstatt, die von den Eigentümern betrieben wird!! Fazit: alles super! Gerne wieder!
