Romantic gallery in a breathtaking panoramic location

In the middle of one of the gentle hills of the Marche, surrounded by pure nature, is our completely renovated, centuries old country house. Here we rent a stylish, comfortable apartment in which the lovingly restored details, create an atmosphere to really let your mind wander.
In a far-flung panoramic view from our idyllic hill you will find the so-called. 'little Tuscany' at your feet.
The 1 - room apartment "Gelsomino" with gallery consists of a living room with dining area, a fully equipped kitchenette, a couch corner, bathroom with shower and the romantic gallery as a bedroom (for 2 persons). This includes a separate, large, panoramic terrace furnished with a dining table and sun loungers where you can enjoy the picturesque sunset after a busy day out.
You can enjoy the "aperitif" on your small balcony overlooking the mist-disappearing hills, or be enchanted in your deck-chair on the panoramic terrace overlooking the medieval castle of Acquaviva and the vineyards.

Perfekte Unterkunft in den Marken

Diese Unterkunft hält, was die Bilder versprechen. Das Haus liegt unweit von San Benedetto del Tronto, auf einem Hügel zwischen Weinbergen und Olivenbäumen, die Landschaft wie gemalt. Mit Judith hatten wir eine der besten Unterkunft Erfahrungen bisher. Judith war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns ihre Unterstützung in allen Belangen angeboten. Ob Obstteller oder Strandschirm, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung war super sauber und ordentlich. Die Ausstattung war für eine Ferienwohnung überdurchschnittlich gut. Das größte Highlight an der Wohnung ist die vorhandene Klimaanlage, die man bei hohen Temperaturen benötigt. Des Weiteren haben wir Zugang zu einer großen Terrasse gehabt sowie einen Balkon auf der Rückseite. Auch hier waren Liegestühle sowie ein Sonnenschirm und Tische vorhanden. Das nächste Haus liegt mehrere 100 m entfernt, so dass man das Gefühl hat, das Anwesen wäre für einen exklusiv reserviert. Bis zum nächsten Strand sind es mindestens 20 Minuten. Dennoch verzeiht der unvergessliche Ausblick jede Fahrzeit. Wir hatten eine perfekte Woche und würden das Haus jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank Judith für die Zeit und liebe Grüße.

Atemberaubendes Panorama und stilvolles Anwesen

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der kleinen, aber feinen und gut ausgestatteten Wohnung bei Judith und Piero, die unseren Aufenthalt sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit begleitet haben. Mit der Lage auf dem Hügel, der Terrasse und dem kleinen Balkon hat man fast einen 360 Grad Blick - vom Meer bis zu den sibillinischen Bergen. Wir finden diesen Ort ideal für Menschen, die Wert auf Ruhe und schöne Umgebung legen. Sowohl das Meer, als auch die Berge können mit dem Auto schnell erreicht werden und bieten viele Möglichkeiten der Freizeitgestaltung. Der perfekte Ort um die Seele baumeln zu lassen

Wir sind ohne Auto (mit dem Zug nach Rom und dem Bus bis vor die Casa Casarica) angereist und wurden von Judith und Piero herzlichst empfangen. Die Lage ist traumhaft und von den Terrassen des Apartments sieht man den Gran Sasso,die Sibillinischen Berge und bei guter Sicht sogar die Majella. Das Anwesen wurde mit viel Liebe renoviert und eingerichtet und das spürt man förmlich. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts und wir wurden bestens umsorg. Judith hat uns sogar beim organisieren von gemieteten E-Bike’s geholfen. Damit konnten wir die wundervolle Umgebung in einzigartiger Weise erkunden. Die Casa Casarica ist wirklich der ideale Ort zum entspannen und wir können sie wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Vielen lieben Dank nochmals an Judith Piero, dass ihr uns so herzlich aufgenommen habt!
