The new, small and fine apartment house "Apartklusiv-Kaltenbach" is located right next to the valley station of Hochzillertal and will redefine winter fun and summer relaxation from winter 2018/19.

The Zillertal golf course is only 4.6 km from the apartment house. Lovingly designed swimming lakes and swimming pools are within a radius of 15 km. Adrenaline junkies ensure unforgettable moments in canyoning, rafting, tandem flight, flying fox and many other activities.
Sports fans' hearts beat faster in winter: Skiers and snowboarders can enjoy themselves in the Hochzillertal ski area (89.7 km of slopes) or in the surrounding ski areas, such as the Zillertal Arena, Mayrhofener Bergbahnen or the Hintertux Glacier. There are also a variety of options for toboggan fans, cross-country skiers, ice skaters and winter hikers. State-certified mountain and ski guides enable sporting experiences in untouched nature - for example when freeriding or ski touring.
