Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Before you check out: 1) Linnens: -Please place all used bed linen on top of bed . -All used towels on the bathroom floor.
2) Dishes: -Make sure the dishes are cleaned or in the dishwasher being cleaned.
3) Garbage: -Please take the garbage out to the bins on the right side of the house or the garage. -Please roll garbage bin to the street curb on Mondays and Thursday evenings.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Enjoyed our stay! William was very quick to respond to my messages, which was much appreciated! Close to the National Shooting Complex and not a bad drive to River walk and Sea World. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Plenty of space to park. Many of options for eating out near to the house.

Beautiful Home - clean and comfortable!

Felt at home walking in the door. Very open and clean. The beds were super comfortable! Loved the kitchen setup including the pots/pans. We had 6 adult women, 3 teenage girls, and a three year old. The house worked great for us. Would definitely return for a visit to this home.
