In the tourist resort of Malinska, on the island of Krk, near the beach and the sights, but in a quiet area overlooking the sea, lies this newly built Villa Rivabel.

The villa has an area of 234 m2, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and can accommodate a total of 8 people.

On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, fridge, toaster, microwave, oven), dining room, living room, bedroom, bathroom and toilet. On the first floor there are two rooms, two bathrooms, a utility room and a balcony where you can enjoy your first morning coffee. On the second floor there is a children's corner, table tennis, fitness equipment, toilet and shower.

All rooms in the villa are air-conditioned and offer free Wi-Fi. The yard is completely fenced and has 3 parking spaces.

Near the pool (45 m2) there are comfortable sun loungers, showers, seats and barbecues where you can enjoy evening gatherings with family and friends.

Amazing

This place was great and just like the add said. We were 3 families sharing this house, me and my husband, my parents and my brother, his wife and children. The owner of the house was amazing and made our trip a bit special.

Luxury villa

Beautiful villa which has a spacious feel and comfortable for everyone! Our family of six (three couples) couldn’t have had a better experience! The pool was a wonderful treat!! Our host Ivana made us feel so welcome and was available at a moments notice when we needed some assistance. We were all very appreciative of the times she left us croissants and pancakes and gave each couple a gift to take home! Hvala najljepša Ivana!!

Das Haus war einfach traumhaft mit dem schönen Pool und dem tollen Spielzimmer. War alles sehr gut ausgestattet und war auch alles sehr sauber. Wir hatten eine sehr liebe Gastgeberin die uns immer schöne Leckereien mitgebracht hat, worüber wir uns immer sehr gefreut haben. Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit für uns hier im Haus. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Prachtig huis, ideaal voor gezinnen!

Prachtig huis met 2 tweepersoonskamers beide voorzien van eigen badkamer, een driepersoonskamer met eigen badkamer en een eenpersoonskamer. Daarnaast een grote zolder voorzien van speelgoed, sportfaciliteiten, douche en toilet. Huis is netjes onderhouden, voorzien van alle gemakken en faciliteiten, qua locatie top. Dichtbij het strand, bakker op 2 minuten lopen en met de auto makkelijk naar omliggende dorpjes. Daarnaast echt een super host!! Ons zoontje was jarig tijdens het verblijf en dat had ze gezien op het paspoort en had daarom taart geregeld. Hoe top is dat!!

In diesem Ferienhaus hatten wir alles wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Die Vermieterin war super nett und hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns sogar mehrfach mit Leckereien überrascht. Zusammenfassend: uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

Gelungener Urlaub auf Krk

Es war ein rundum schöner Urlaub. Das Haus ist sehr schön und es fehlt an nichts. Die Eigentümer haben uns mehrmals mit herzhaften oder süßen überrascht. An einem Abend hatten Sie für uns ein sehr leckeres Fisch Menü für uns vorbereitet. Einzig der Pool ist im September etwas kühl, da es Nachts deutlich abkühlt.

Toller Aufenthalt

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen, insbesondere den tollen Pool und die Großzügigkeit des Hauses. Ein Highlight waren die mehrmaligen leckeren Aufmerksamkeiten der Eigentümerin des Hauses, ganz lieben Dank nochmal!

Grundsätzlich ausgezeichnet

Hier ist alles perfekt!! Nette Vermieter, tolles Haus, toller Pool, toller Grill… alles bestens!! Für eine Horde junger Männer die Party machen wollen ist dieses Haus allerdings nur bedingt geeignet… es befindet sich in mitten einer Wohnsiedlung wieder!!! Wir waren nicht jeden Tag um 10 Uhr im Bett, und haben immer gediegen Musik gehört, was kein Problem war.. wir haben auch mehrer Bälle zu dem Nachbarn geschossen… auch das war nie ein Problem… Lautes partyvolk könnte jedoch auf Gegenwind stossen!

Top!

Wir haben eine Woche im Juli 2020 in den Haus verbracht und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.Das Haus ist quasi neu und in einem top Zustand. Hervorheben möchte ich noch den tollen Pool und die super nette Vermieterin, die uns mehrmals mit Selbst gebackenen Croissants/Pfannkuchen/Kuchen überrascht hat. Wir können das Haus zu 100% weiterempfehlen.
