Highlights include the sound of the surf, Gulf breezes, and beautiful sunrise views from the large south-facing balcony off this two-bedroom condo. The full kitchen features granite countertops, a Keurig, a Mr. Coffee fresh brew coffeemaker, and plenty of dishware to make you feel at home. The spacious primary bedroom has Gulf views and access to the balcony. Pointe West community offers several amenities, including beach walkovers, paved walking trails, a tunnel under the highway for easy access to the lazy river, which is located on the bayside, a fitness center, an infinity-edge pool, and lagoons throughout the property. You'll have a work desk available, and the high-speed WiFi will make it easy for remote workers and students to perform online research for those last-minute projects. You won't miss a beat!

THINGS TO KNOW
Beach Club bands will be $25 per guest over three years old to access all amenities. This fee is charged by the POA of Pointe West and is payable at the Beach Club.
The on-site restaurant Sippin on Sunshine is open (hours may vary in the off-season). A snack shack with drinks and food is also open.
During high season, live bands may be on-site.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

What can I say our stay at this booking was perfect. The location is perfect it’s in a quiet spot of the island, which is perfect if you’re looking to relax and decompress. The apartment itself was fantastic. It was super clean and extremely comfortable. The balcony overlooks the gulf and is perfect place to have your morning coffee. Overall it’s just a really comfortable place to stay and relax. I would HIGHLY recommend it to anybody!

The balcony has a stunning view of the gulf where you wanted to spend your time if you were not at the beach. I’m not a fan of condo management company. AC was cool enough but house was so full of moisture (more than normal Galveston humidity) floors were even damp. Hot water did not work. Hard to believe it’s a 9.8 rating. Pointe West is great area though.

Great option

Very clean, easy access with elevator or stairwell. Tons of games. It is a long walk to the beach and pool, but not too terrible. We had family staying in a different condo on this property and they had so many issues. Glad we got a good one!
