Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, es fehlt an nichts!

Wir haben zu zweit die 14 Tage in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Die Küche ist perfekt mit allem ausgestattet, die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig und modern-gemütlich eingerichtet, genau wie auf den Fotos ersichtlich und wie beschrieben. Die Anlage liegt am Rand des Ortsteils La Paz im Osten von Puerto de la Cruz, in einem Hotel und Appartementviertel. Die FeWo befindet sich im 3. Stock der „Residencial Flora“, die in sich abgeschlossen und nur für Bewohner zugänglich ist. Sehr schön ist der direkte Lift vom eigenen TG-Stellplatz in die Wohnungsetage. Der gepflegte Pool (zu sehen durch den Balkon auf Bild 2, es ist nicht der auf Bild 1) ist über eine kleine Straße, die aber zu Anlage gehört, in wenigen Metern zu erreichen. Er ist nicht beheizt, hatte im April aber eine gute Wassertemperatur. Die Dusche auf dem Bild ist bereits durch eine großzügige, ebenerdige Dusche ersetzt worden. Ein Mietwagen ist zu empfehlen, man kann aber das touristische Zentrum vom Ortsteil la Paz in ca. einer Viertelstunde zu Fuß erreichen. Dort fahren auch viele Busse. Ein kleiner Kiosk für den Tagesbedarf ist nahe der Anlage beim Hotel RIU. Wenn wir wieder nach Puerto de la Cruz kommen, würden wir diese Wohnung unbedingt buchen.

Es war wunderschön.

Wir haben uns als Familie mit zwei Kinder in der Ferienwohnung von Kerstin für zwei Wochen eingemietet. Die Wohnung großzügig geschnitten, mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, hat einen großen Balkon mit einer herrlichen Aussicht. Darüber hinaus liegt der Pool direkt vor dem Haus und eine Tiefgarage unter dem Haus ist sehr gut erreichbar. Nur eine Kleinigkeit möchte ich anmerken: In der Wohnungsbeschreibung wurde bei uns der Eindruck erweckt, dass in beiden Schlafzimmern eine Doppelbett steht. Dies ist tatsächlich im zweiten Schlafzimmern nicht der Fall. Trotzdem war es sehr gelungener Urlaub und können die Wohnung nur wärmsten weiterempfehlen.

Ankommen wohlfühlen

Die Übergabe der Wohnung wurde von der Vermieterin persönlich übernommen. Im Vorfeld wurden bereits Tipps gegeben und Fragen beantwortet. Wir haben exakt vorgefunden, was wir vorher auf Bildern gesehen haben. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird, darüber hinaus Strandtücher und Sitzmöglichkeiten für einen Strandtag :) Zustand modern und größtenteils neuwertig. Unser Mietwagen stand sicher in der Tiefgarage. Ein Fahrstuhl führt von dort direkt zur Wohnung. Die Anlage, in der die Wohnung liegt, ist angenehm ruhig, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Für Puerto de La Cruz, liegt die Wohnung ruhig im Grünen., das heißt aber auch, um an das Wasser zu kommen, sollte man gut zu Fuß sein. Die Ferienwohnung empfehle ich gerne weiter. Wir würden diese wieder buchen. Einen herzlichen Dank an Kerstin und Ebi :)

4Wochen Urlaub bei Kerstin und Ebi sind nicht zu toppen. Sie sind die Superhosts, die man sich wünscht: Liebenswerte, herzliche und sehr erfahrene Gastgeber, die auf die Wünsche ihrer Gäste eingehen und mit Freude erfüllen. Sie sind aufgeschlossen und hilfsbereit, aufmerksam und entgegenkommend. Man fühlt sich aufgenommen und wie bei guten Freunden. Die Wohnung ist groß, hell und modern eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. In den Betten schläft man wie in Morpheus Armen. Schöne Aussicht auf Meer und Berge. Wir haben diese Zeit genossen und für 2023 sofort wieder gebucht. Vielen herzlichen Dank für die schöne Zeit!
