1) Place dirty dishes in the dishwasher 2) Empty refrigerator of all personal items 3) Leave used towels in the tub
Check all drawers, closets and bathrooms for any personal items.
Leave all items and furniture in the same room you found them. Lock the back door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No excessive guests. NO Commercial, drone, wedding photography allowed without prior host approval. All shoes must be taken off in carpeted areas.
NO EVENTS OR PARTYS OR MEETINGS. Violation of the noise/party rule will result in the police being called, and termination of your reservation.
Removal of any items from the home is prohibited. ID required for person booking at the time of reservation and day of check in.
